This is an excellent location to pick up anything you forgot for your trip or to grab inbound on your way through the airport. They have headsets, accessories, backup batteries, dongles, cords to convert to headset, electronics, travel pillows and much much more. More. The employees are very knowledgeable about their products and extremely helpful. This particular store is located in terminal 1 between the Southwest Gates.

I bought a super charger. It was broken the minute I opened box in airplane. Brookstone on line wont take back . The phone of this airport store is disconnected. I can't return.Too much trouble. Never again. Will have to complain to amex.

This shop really is the best gift store ever!!! I had the pleasure of meeting the owner and it was the greatest experience! She knows everything about every gift in her store and I was able to pick up some great presents for my godson. We literally spent an hour just talking about life. Such a positive person! What a great find and I feel like I made a new friend. If you want to get somebody a very unique gift this is the place to go.

I stopped by this store when I was waiting for my flight. I put down my phones (One for work one for personal) while I tried on something and then walked away. 30 minutes later I realized my phones were missing but didnt know where I left them. I went to TSA and they called the phone. Tai the manager on duty at Brookstone answered the phone and introduced himself. He kept my phones safe while I went to get them. He saved me over $1,000. Thank you for your honesty and swift service.

Not only do they try to convince you their electronic accessories are “just as good†(and they are not) they don't stand behind their products. The cheap charger i bought just stopped working i brought it back and that was confirmed by the salesman (genius!) but he offered no exchange. Apple will just give you a new cable when theirs fails. Goodbye Brookstone.

We bought a neck pillow at the brook stone 15 min prior to our flight. We found out that we didn't need it and went to return it. Ok bare in mind: 15min. The manager Nathaniel would not let return the product bc it's a personal item. The receipt itself says if you are not satisfactory with our product feel free to return or exchange within 30 days. It's been 15min. If it is in your policy why isn't it on the receipt? The manager Nathaniel then led us to the cashier counter to look at their non-refundable and final sales policy. Who reads that subtle, tainted white colored piece of paper under so much stress when you are at the airport? Customers usually uses the receipt as our proof of purchase and as a standard for any company's return policy. I have never felt so unsatisfied at a brook stone. Usually the people are very helpful and willing to provide excellent customer care and especially be able to understand the customers.

I had a few hours to spare while I waited for my flight so I decided to begin my search for headphones. I didn't know where to go so I stopped at Brookstone (which when I came in, I had no idea what the place was). Emanuel greeted me and I told him why I was here. He was very friendly and helped me find the perfect headphones. He definitely knew what he was doing along with his associate Frank. I told them I wasn't familiar with the store and they told me a ton of things about the place and answered all of my questions. I left that store knowing I would be back!! Thank you Emanuel and Frank for making my experience here great!!
