We were in a bit of a bind during our recent escrow when our insurance agency stopped covering homeowners in CA. So we contacted William. He was calm (which kept me calm) and got to work right away, solving the problem for us. He found us a new policy at the same price within days. I have been working with William Lemmon since I inherited property and found out that it was not insured. He has been amazing by not only finding me a reasonable rate for all of my properties but keeping me abreast of changing regulations that impacted my situation. The best part that I found working with Broadway Insurance Services is the simple fact that you are remembered as a person. When I call even after a year or two, my accounts are remembered in detailed without being placed on hold or any long conversations. Seek no more! The best agents ever who’ll definitely give you the best quotes. I don’t even remember how I came across William, but I consider that to be my lucky day. Just bear in mind that 2 auto full coverage and renter’s insurance can cost you less than $200/month. On top of that, William is available even during his days off, so you can absolutely count on these guys.

I have had William as my insurance agent now for a few years. He is super nice to deal with, and knows what he's talking about. I like the fact that he gives us options, not just trying to sell us the highest or lowest insurance out there. He checks my rate at renewal times, to see if there is a better deal out there. The Broadway team is awesome. I'm constantly requesting COI updates for various events my company attends and they are always incredibly quick to respond and detail oriented when specific instructions need to be followed. Broadway has totally taken the burden of insurance off my plate!
