i can’t give it a 0 so im giving you a 1 star. awful experience, the service was horrible. Why does brandy melville hire incompetent teenage girls who don’t take their jobs seriously. Like aren’t you guys suppose to increase your sales and satisfy customers? No, instead they do the opposite being extremely rude, saying how they’re too lazy to do their job.I wanted to buy a top from them but i left my card and they don’t accept cash, and since they were closing, i had to run back and get my card, however when i got back to the store it was 9.05, five minutes after their closing time. I politely asked two employees outside the store if they were still open, and they said no. I’mnot from the U.S and i’m leaving the next day, plus the top was cute so i couldn’t just leave it. So i said can i just buy one top really quick. One girl said idk you’ll have to ask the cashier and the other girl just straight up says no, in my opinion that was quite rude especially since not even a minute later they both went inside the store and the girl who said no locked up the door infront of me. She could’ve politely say, “no, sorry we’re close you can come back tomorrow”but she did not, instead she chose to act rudely towards me, a customer who wants to quickly buy just one top, without trying it or looking around the store, and i just needed to tap my card to purchase it. Idk, its just my opinion that she was rude, she could’ve acted nicer towards me. Maybe she just had a bad day? But even if she did, you shouldn’t treat your customers poorly, differentiate personal matter with professional ones.

I love brandy Melville and love that the sizes fits small girls. Every where I shop everything is too big on me and there are numerous amounts of plus sized stores and nobody says anything. Yes this store is for small size get over it . They actually made the sizes larger and now I’m starting not to fit so if the larger people can stop complaining and go to “plus size stores” or every other oversized store tailored just for them that would be great thanks

I came in and got a super mean and judgy look from the girls working thereThey didn’t say hello or greet me in any wayWhen I asked where I could find a certain pair of jeans it looked like I was bothering them and that they wanted me to leave fastI felt like I was out of place to shop there…I definitely don’t recommend shopping here even though I love the brand and their great clothes

One size fits all. This store is crowded. It’s cheap clothes are 1 size. But kids love it for some reason.

I went in this store thinking i can find something to wear and i was looking around and one specific worker named fyland was following me around and didn’t let me shop in peace ever corner in the store that i tried to go in she kept on following me.

awful experience. came from canada for vacation and never had a bad experience at brandy until this location. not only was the staff member helping me extremely rude and condescending, she accused me of stealing a piece of $7 jewelry publicly without any evidence except for a tag left behind in my changing room which has been there prior to me. what this shows is that not only do they not check each dressing room after each customer, they pick and choose who they check after based on their own bias. she chased after me as i was waiting in line to pay for everything i tried on, after i confronted her assumption and told her that not only was it in the dressing room prior to me entering, and that if she checked security camera footage i had never even set foot near the jewelry at ALL, she did not provide an apology and simply brushed it off and said it’s fine. this was an extremely disheartening experience and i would never recommend coming to this brandy despite being a fan of the brand. safe to say i will never be returning.

Went to this store on 7/29 with my 16 year old daughter, and several of her friends, who were so excited about shopping here. I have never encountered such rude staff anywhere. Do not go to this Brandy. Other customers were even commenting on this.

Horrible customer service. Went in hoping to find one thing. They had 1 girl at the register completely packed with customers and other associates not helping customers at all. After asking for help, the girl at the desk said she would try to get someone for me. I waited about 20 minutes. Some girls I thought were just customers because they were chitchatting and not helping anyone, giving dirty looks to customers, ended up starting to fold some clothes. These same girls had even given me dirty looks after I asked the girl in the front if she could grab someone who wasn’t busy to help me. When I noticed them folding clothes I asked if they worked there and if they were able to help me. They were both completely rude, in overall attitude and tone. One associate just pointed towards an area and walked away, basically refusing to help me. I would not go here again. I’d recommend everyone go to a different location. Not worth it after paying for parking to receive no help and in fact, disrespectful behavior.

I went to this store yesterday and the cashier gave me a really bad experience. I asked her to help me cut the price tag off my new bag and she pulled the paper tag with the string still on it and the paper holding the bag handles on it. Then she gave me a bag and didn't mean to put it up for me, then I put the items in the bag myself. I would say she don’t have do this job if she don’t want to, or she just lack of educational opportunities been racism. Cuz two white girls in front of me she served very well. I was originally puzzled by the fact that the bm only had one SIZE and it turns out their brand culture and service training is so poor as well.

I get that everything is one size but the sizing is inconsistent! The tops may be X-small and there are sweat pants that seem to be X-Large. Strange.
