We were looking to remodel our website and try to get more leads for our business. I am so happy that we were able to find Branding Los Angeles as they really went above and beyond to get our project up and running. They were able help our business with an a matter of two weeks we were able to see a huge difference in amount of leads and phone calls coming into our business. Interviewed for a job with the lady JOELLA and she showed up 5 minutes late to the interview. Then she complains that her food just arrived and she has to get her DoorDash. And then to top it all off in BRANDING LOS ANGELES Fashion she had the nerve to have a rude tone and say things about my qualifications— all while she is being extremely unprofessional. I can only imagine how it must be to work for her — a nightmare

It's been a year and I'm still disappointed that I spent two thousand dollars and was mislead as to what that money was for. I was clear I was trying to market my short LGBTQ film and was told this company is part of that community. That was a lie to get my business. I was given a research report telling me my market was the LGBTQ community which I already knew. I was only informed after the full two thousand dollars was paid that due to the title of my film this company couldn't market it even though it was on YouTube. I've read other reviews that disappear because someone from this company keeps codes in order to break into accounts and remove the one star reviews. If you see this review and then it's gone, that's what happened to me and I will take swift legal action against this company.

Bad customer service and company to work with. They took almost 700 dollars from me and promised to start the work right after I give them money but it took two weeks for them to did 50 percent of the work to work on Google ads which's my daughter 17 years old could do it better . I had to spent 50 percent of my time and work to get approved from the Google. Two weeks later they were trying to take 618 dollars from my bank uninformed, so therefore I had to contact my bank to dispute the transaction so after that they were messing with my business by changing the hour from 10am to 7 pm to 10 pm to 12 midnight, they also took off the business phone number from the Google listing so customers won't be able to book appointment with me , I have been suffering because I loose lots off business, on top of that they change the lash salon to food bath . Here's the picture of what they did to my business . When I contacted the owner to give me the access to change put the phone back on and change the business's hour back to the day time, he refused to do it and he told me in order to move forward with my request, I had to give him 818 dollars very sad., it's sad that the owner who owns a big company think that he has the right to Shut my business down because he think I had to pay him more money for me to do his job especially I work so hard to earn the reviews from the customers feedback.

Before I found Branding Los Angeles, I worked with another marketing agency and it was a mess. My website looked fine, but it didn’t load properly, a good amount of links were broken, and it wasn’t showing up on Google. The other company also refused to design a logo for me… which was probably for the best.When I started working with Branding LA, I saw an immediate turn around. They resolved all my website issues and saved my business!! My site is now ranking on the first page of Google and many keywords are also ranking well. This company was also happy to create my logo and helped me start social media marketing, specifically TikTok, and Google Ads. Ben explained everything to me so clearly and made everything streamlined for my business. Since they helped take the weight off, I now have so much more time to focus on doing what I love.
