I absolutely love this spot. I've been coming here on a weekly basis for about 2 years now and can say with certainty that these guys (specifically Kenny and David) are not only super professional but also incredibly kind people. Even when it gets busy they are always cool, collected, and give the best customer service. I send a lot of artwork and I will have them pack my larger pieces which they take excellent care of. Great spot, couldn't recommend it more!

The location 3154 Glendale Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90039, United States.I had Such honorable experience at this store and it was my first visit. There was two employees working that day I didn't get their names, one was nice Asian gentleman which I bought few bubbles, wrappings, box, tape...I spent around $130. After the purchase i if they could package it and i will pay whatever they ask... than i was treated horrible by the hispanic guy... I'm Canadian i was in Los Angeles at this particular store to ship my dead Son one items so I can have his things when his body arrives to Canada. I told them i flight to catch to be there for my son funeral and if they can box my son computer right away? the Hispanic guy said" there are other people a head of me" and I said "because of my son death I'm sure your customers will understand my my situation if you tell them " then he said "even if customers said yes to my needs he would not do it for me and to get out of the store" i was shocked! A heartless person like that shouldn't be working where, where he deal with people everyday. It's disgusting behavior unacceptable.I'm paying customers I didn't ask for free service I've already purchased items from them. The hispanic guy is bad person.To the owner wgo replied to my review post. I understand your position I'm sure it doesn't reflect on you but you should read do someone about that unbelievably rude hispanic guy that works for you on February 19th 2024 mid day location 3154 Glendale Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90039, United States

Goodman packing and shipping is AMAZING- truly. I've been coming here since they opened, and I can't speak highly enough about their kindness and customer service. Kenny and David are especially excellent, always ready with a helping hand and a smile. This is the kind of independent business I love to support!

Absolutely the worst packing/shipping effort I have ever experienced. Minimal effort with minimal amount of inferior packing materials. Item arrived in a box that was split open. With just a little more effort and some proper thought to the size and weight of the of the artwork, it may not have arrived in a million shards of glass. I could have done it myself for 1/2 the price of materials and the surcharged "shipping fees". I will never use the packing service here ever again.

Absolutely the best. Employees are courteous, helpful, and patient, and are always willing to take the time to calculate costs, etc. Also, their inventory of shipping supplies is awesome.

Kenny from Goodman Shipping is always extremely helpful and caring with my delicate pottery vases. He always makes me feel comfortable leaving a piece to be shipped with him. I go out of my way to see Kenny!

I love Goodman Shipping, I've worked in Packing and Shipping (not for Goodman) years ago, and it's a surprisingly tough thing to get right. It is truly impossible to please everyone in this business, but Goodman does an amazing job. I'm so happy with them as my packing and shipping provider. Their customer service is great, and the value of their service overall is unbeatable in my experience. I feel that they may get sometimes overwhelmed, but they always take accountability and a phone call or email always clears up any issues immediately.
