Every time i drop ups package they seem bother by that. never felt like that in any drop off location. it’s a great store, you can ship, fax and buy supplies but if they only were nicer..

This place is the definition of what small businesses are capable of. Incredibly versatile, wonderfully accommodating, and the customer service is unmatched. For someone who knew nothing about this kind of business, I was treated with real respect and patience. I watched the staff joke and bring in regulars. I’ll go nowhere else from now on. Period.

Goodman Shipping is my go-to destination for all packing and shipping needs. My husband and I are here weekly, sometimes daily, and are always met with friendly faces and helpful customer service. Ray and his team RULE! Dance music on Fridays are my favorite. This place makes the mundane task of shipping delightful.

My favorite shipping center in LA. I’ve always had a great experience dropping my packages off and buying packing materials here. The employees are very knowledgeable. They always help with packing my items up, printing out labels and making sure everything is perfect prior to shipping.

These guys are the absolute best. Always extremely thorough and careful with all packing of the many artworks I have shipped through them. Every time I work with Goodman, it is an extremely efficient, easy, and enjoyable experience. 12/10 would recommend.

So grateful this is in my neighborhood. Completely replaces any need to ever go to UPS, FedEx, DHL, the post office. They do a great job packing things and you can also drop off your shipments. I use it multiple times a week! Ray and everyone are wonderful and always helpful.

This is a great place to ship postal, UPS, FedEx and others. There's rarely a line, unlike the place down the street. The two guys that work there have been there for years, and know their stuff. There's even free parking in the building.

Ray is great! They print, USPS shipping, and sell inexpensive packing materials, peanuts, bubble wrap, paper cushioning, cardboard boxes, fairly cheap. I come here almost every other week to get copies for work, music and miscellaneous prints to copy. Location is great, free parking in the back near Hollywood. Clean inside and fast service! Prices are pretty cheap compared to the UPS store down the street on Western avenue. A lot cheaper than bigger Office supply stores.

I don’t think they could be more dry or rude if they tried. Seems like they may be upset about being a USPS/UPS drop off location.The Woodland Hills location has great service.

Ray and his team are the best! They understand how to properly package any item you bring to them. Fast processing and extremely professional. I was able to quickly build trust and we have a great working relationship. Prices are competitive and the service is exceptional. I am always complimented by the recipient regarding the packaging.
