Dr. Boris was fine but his office staff is horrible. I went in for pre-op lab work and had to deal with extreme rudeness, unsolicited advice that contradicted what Dr. Vaisman and my surgeon said regarding the lad work needed. When I called to follow up that they'd received the chest x-ray I'd gotten at their referred radiology office the woman in Dr. Vaisman's office spoke over me, interrupted me as I was speaking and told me they had not received the x-ray which the radiology office confirmed had been sent to Dr Vaisman more than a week prior. The office he shares with the other Dr. Vaisman is split into two suites and there seems to be a total lack or organization between the two. I am now searching for a new doctor's office.

If you care about yourself, seek another professional. My quest results indicated I was pregnant for 2 months and had a UTI. All this doctor told me was that I have cholesterol and to see him in two months. I had to see another doctor for a real evaluation. Stay away, does not care about his patients

Dr. Vaisman has been my doctor for about 1.5 years now. I previously had my other GP for 25 years and had to switch due to an insurance change. I was reluctant to see someone new (due to overwhelming fear of doctors). However, my first impression of Dr. Vaisman from over a year ago was pleasant. He was professional, attentive, and had genuine concern over my health issues. Since our initial visit, he's continued being attentive and concerned but also very wise in his treatment recommendations. I'm grateful to have a new doctor that has compassion and wisdom!

Have you ever seen a doctor who made you feel heard, made you feel seen, and didn't make you feel like he didn't have time to listen? Dr. Vaisman gets to know you. He's a genuine & KIND person! I can't imagine anyone not having good things to say about a visit with Dr. Boris. He's so great that I now take my mom to see him. I really can't say enough.

Disgusting, rude and unprofessional staff. I've been coming here since I've been a kid and I can't believe how much this practice has changed! The staff yell at you, hang up on you, don't give your doctors messages, change your appointments without notifying you and your consent.... Oh and if your sick on your last leg the try to push you into a nurse practitioner. I requested medical records 2 weeks ago and yet to get them. I had a medical emergency and they could care less to see me or refer me to a specialist. You could be dying and they would tell you the next available is a month out. The gatekeepers that work at this office are MONSTERS and should be banned from the medical field. Sadly I think the doctors are beginning to lack as well since they run a bunch of tests and never get back to you until you follow up 20 times, just to prescribe tons of meds and have no idea what the cause of your illness is and how to cure it. I can't believe the Vaisman practice has just gone this low and has turned this bad but I will never return here ver again. They really need to check their nasty attitude staff and step up the care because this isn't it. I wanted to give them a try but at this point I am putting my health at risk and I want to warn people to please put your life and health first. You can be with a doctor for 10+ years but if the staff doesn't give a flying F and nor does the doctor then you need to find someone who will. It's so sad to see someone you grew up trusting and going to for a majority of your life betray you in this manner. Still waiting on my medical records, but at this point I'm not gonna stress calling because they now ignore my calls. Protect yourself and your family and find a new family doc!

Dr. Boris Vaisman is genuinely one of the nicest doctors I've had. He always takes time to hear out my issues and gives me top tier medical advice. He is very patient and his staff is also wonderful. If you're looking to build a long term relationship with a knowledgeable doctor, this is your guy.

No time for patience Went to see the PA two weeks ago. Was told that I will get a refer. Never received one. Got a blood work a week later have been waiting for 10 days to hear about my results. Send to messages and left one message with secretary still waiting. I'm done with this office Going to get another doctor They don't care if you live or die.

I have been a patient with Dr. Boris for over 5 years, I have had a multitude of doctors/general practitioners in my lifetime and Dr. Boris's patience, kindness, bedside manner, and integrity is unparalleled. His staff and team is professional and accommodating.

I needed to find a new doctor and I've had an uncomfortable experience here. The clinic staff hasn't been welcoming in person or over the phone, and I've felt talked down to by the doctor rather than having my concerns validated or heard. Likely will be changing my provider again.

This has been the worst experience I'm my life - I'm in the middle of a possible miscarriage and my fist visit there was horrible... staff just isn't welcoming or nice and speak to you as if your nothing. You can tell they see their own people / family and could care less for others . I immediately changed my doctor . But I still had to wait on my stat referral to an OBGYN since I'm still bleeding .. I was refereed by this office to another office and I called them back explaining the first office cancelled on me 45min before my apt and the other office was just rude . I spoke with a lady named Natalie who is extremely rude and shouldn't be working in the medical field . I explained to her the situation and she started talking over me saying " well your gonna have to wait until someone's next available!" I said " are u serious right now I'm bleeding and that's all I get ? She then said.... look there's nothing I can do okay I already put in two referrals for you and you didn't like them ? I said Natalie " you being rude and not even caring about what I'm going through so please stop talking over me " she said " WELL MAYBE YOUR THE PROBLEM AND THATS WHY YOU COMPLAINED ABOUT OTHER OFFICES !!!" I cant believe she would even tell a patient that . For someone in the medical field to even blame a patient and not even take an extra step to help is crazy to me. I then asked for a manager she said she would get him ... she placed me on hold and came back saying .. no manager is here so call tomorrow - I said can u take my number down and have him call she said " no you can call tomorrow " this is beyond crazy to me and so sad ! I pray nobody experiences what they put me through.

Dr. Sofia was great in the beginning. Took all kinds of tests. Great! Then I received no results. I had to call and call just to get the results of my blood work. Then my insurance changed and they cancelled my appointment. All I needed to do was call my insurance and have her put on my card as my primary. When I called about it the girl who answered the phone was extremely rude . Stating " it wasn't their job to let you know that". Ok Kardashian wanna be. It is your job n not to be rude to the patients. I am out. I do not recommend going to this office for your health care.
