There are plenty of cellphone stores around this location and I was immediately out of those stores because of the poor energy, attitude, and service. Not here. I made contact with two employees, on different days: Ulises on 10/18/22 and Sara on 10/17/22, which was the main reason I came back on 10/18/22. I was blown away by their professionalism. I've had very few positive experiences when it comes to service so thank you Sara and Ulises for overdelivering. Also, I saw how Ulises treated other customers and he is customer-centric. Rather than automatically upselling clients, or just giving them what they thought they needed, he diligently probed and based on what the client needed he made excellent suggestions which resulted in a client taking his recommendation. With me, he was transparent with time frames and did offer different options if I was seeking different alternatives. What I respected, is once I understood and declined the offer, he wasn't "pushy" like other salespeople. This location has set a high standard for what customer service should be and I hope they continue to nurture it.

She is Very Professional, Courteous, Extremely Knowledgeable in explaining the Difference Products...I'm purchasing a New Phone and had a Thousand Questions..She was Very Patient and Understanding with me..I had the Pleasure of Watching her interact with a Customer she helped before Myself...
