All boost mobile service is horrible. Then when you try to add more data or upgrade your plan they rip u off and tell you it won't take effect till the next bill cycle... I REPEAT DONT USE BOOST

Went in to start a new line with Boost with an unlocked telephone and was told that my phone wasn't compatible. Went to another boost and asked the same question and she did it within 10min.My conclusion is that either they didn't know how to do it or they didn't want to. If I wouldn't of asked at another store I would've changed carriers all because of some miss Information. Bad experience here but good at another .
