Eric at Body Builders auto was recommended to me from a trusted friend after I got into a car accident with extensive car body damage. Eric was so amazing to work with. He made it completely painless during the process and handled the entire process from communicating with the insurance company, dealing with the appraiser and working with VW parts to resolve some parts that were on back order. He was always responsive and transparent and he did everything he said he would. I picked up my car a few days ago and it was perfect and looks brand new. In addition, they even washed my car inside and outside! I would recommend Eric to anyone looking for any car body work. He is one of the most best and honest in the industry!

I was referred to Erick by a trusted client who is extremely particular about his very expensive cars. So I knew this place must be good. And boy he was right! This place was extremely impressive. Very professional, and timely. I brought my Mercedes in, they checked out the work needed, explained exactly what was needed, plus threw in a few extras. My car body work was done exactly as expected. Beautiful, you could not tell any body work was done at all. Gave me my car back quickly, just when I was told. No surprises, price was very fair. And even gave me a ride home. I was extremely happy. Thank you Erik!

They charged me $398 to replace a starter, something that usually only cost $250 at most. My car is Toyota Corolla 2003.This car service, E.S. Auto Repair is connected to the garage next to it, Body Builder Automotive. Edgar, the mechanic who work for E.S. Auto Repair also operates in that Body Builder Automotive.My car broke down on a Sunday afternoon in Marina del Ray, CA. When my AAA road assistant came he warned me that the area is an expensive area hence any car service in that area would charge alot. He recommended his friend, Edgar. Thinking I would get a fair price I took my car there.They know it would cost me a lot to tow my car elsewhere so I was stuck and they sure took advantage of it.
