I ordered a pair of CROCS from Bodega, and it turned out to be a very unpleasant experience. The CROCS were priced at $90, and shipping cost me $40. I placed the order, thinking that was the final amount. However, when the package arrived in Israel, I was asked to pay an additional 150 USD for extra charges, including $504.76 for shipping and insurance that I was never informed about during the checkout process!
Furthermore, when I contacted Bodega, they refused to help and wouldn’t review the documents, despite clear discrepancies. I even found another person who ordered the exact same pair of CROCS, and they didn’t encounter these unexpected charges!
UPS also failed to provide adequate support, refusing to recalculate the fees, citing Israeli laws, despite the obvious miscalculations. This left me feeling cheated and frustrated.
I do not recommend Bodega if you’re planning an international purchase, especially to Israel. Make sure you are aware of all potential costs upfront, or you might end up in the same situation as I did.

While I do not fit the aesthetic for this store, it is an effortlessly cool and caringly curated location. Kind staff as well.

I can't find it using Google Maps. I couldn't go by car or on foot because the directions weren't straight.

E 8th street is blocked off so Google maps directions are inaccurate. Drive in via Center Street and there is free parking for the first 2 hours.

(Edited - see below). To be avoided. They cannot manage stock and the likelihood you'll have to micromanage your order and do their job for them is probably not worth the risk unless you have lots of time. Just look elsewhere and find stockists for the brands you like - plenty of stores can run a spreadsheet. Further, they have false claims - at this moment they advertise free domestic shipping over 100usd but it isn't true. Try yourself. They "discount" it from 20 to 10usd. Why bother?
Edited: increasing to two stars for prompt customer service. They acknowledged the shipping problem and refunded the extra. But the advice remains. When so many small, incredible boutiques are closing, why support businesses that treat you as a number and who routinely cancel items in your order at whim citing disparately located warehouses!? How are you supposed to choose where to buy if anything can just get canceled unilaterally? Many small stores that still offer competitive prices would never do this and can adequately run a spreadsheet.

The problem with this store is in the online sales service, because if you really know tennis you can differentiate a real one from an imitation one by having it on hand and you would not buy it, something that you cannot do in an online purchase, which until You do not have your product on hand, you cannot see the physical details, a few days ago I bought some pairs on the Bodega website and upon receiving the shipment at a glance I was able to identify a fake pair and after a slightly more meticulous review I found another imitation pair, it is shameful that a store with so many years of experience in the world of reselling sneakers falls into this business of selling to customers who place trust in their brand imitation tennis, the possibility of returning the pairs with which they I am unhappy that I do not have it because I live in Cuba. I do not receive my purchase first hand, but from a third party, my brother, who is in charge of making my purchases and bringing me the items to put them on sale in my store in my country. I don't really know what happened here with this purchase. Because to date I have always been satisfied with my purchases in the store, I hope that a member of Bodega sees my review, responds and clarifies my concern.

I’ve spent thousands with Bodega yet they still have the most rude and unprofessional customer service; so much that I’ve given up with the niceties. ! I’ve received SEVERAL worn and dirty garments and fragmented boxes (product packaging). In addition, I have had instances where it has taken them OVER four weeks to ship me my order. When I have inquired — immediately after package delivery for reference— to return these products due to their terrible condition, I’ve been told “nope”. Buyer beware … !! Unfortunately, the “deals” are not worth it.

Bodega is GORGEOUS. I loved the aesthetics of the shop. They had a large selection of clothes and shoes for both men and women. Would I come here again? Probably not. Everything was extremely expensive and it was very hot. I started having hot flashes so I had to sit down while my friends were shopping. The employees weren't very helpful. They didn't indicate to us that they knew we entered and when my friends were shopping around they didn't ask if they needed help. The talked amongst themselves the whole time.
