I purchased the Amesterdam sofa in gray leather.
I am not happy with the cushions at all.
The cylindrical cushion does not stay in place and when I lean forward, the cushions fall on my back. I constantly need to adjust them. Also, the back side is not fully covered with leather. It is made out of fabric with Boconcept signature on it, giving it a very cheap looking appearance.
I had been very pleased with my purchases at Boconcept in the past but I am very disappointment this time.?

Worst post-customer service ever, we bought our furniture in end of 2021 and got our furniture in mid 2022 and then asked them to send us a missing piece and still waiting since then. It’s 2024 now when are you going to give us our missing piece?
Of course you can’t find my name in your database cus the order is under my husband.

I had a good experience, I did have to wait 3 months to receive my sectional; however this was less of a lead time than others when we were shopping for sofas. I am happy with my purchase and like our sectional. We went into the store to test and try out the model we liked. There is no real tracking for the order, just have to wait, which is what I expected since they did give me a lead time upfront. I really went for BoConcept because of the design and can say we had a good experience and am happy with the sectional.

I've been trying to find a new dining table for months. I was able to find a great one very quickly here. Frederic was extremely helpful. He was the perfect mix of making suggestions but not being pushy. The store has great selection while not being overwhelming (which is my problem at other, bigger places). I'll definitely be going back for more pieces.

We bought all our dining chairs and bar stools here. They fell apart immediately. I called and they said they would send out screws that were missing. Didn't. Then had someone come. They took our chair to fix it. Then brought it back with a chair that didn't match. I've called, emailed, they keep following up pretending. It's been YEARS of me housing a chair that doesn't match and they keep saying they'll bring it out. We got the chairs in 2018. 2019 issues and they took chair. 2020 pandemic so I let it go a bit. But now?? We got the chairs because they were comfortable. But SO poorly made and completely fall apart. Then empty promises to replace. I now have 5 dining table chairs with a completely unmatched chair (they were fixing rather than replacing so leather would match- so imagine my surprise when I got a chair that wasn't even leather returned).

We just bought a Boconcept sofa off craigslist, preowned naturally. The sofa has a steel frame and is in good condition structurally, it just needed a cleaning. After scrubbing the heck out of it for a couple hours with a steam cleaner it looks fantastic. I was super worried the fabric would fray but I’m stunned; it looks showroom ready. I’ve never had a sofa of this quality and I think it may be a game changer—I’ll never settle for anything less going forward.

We had a very pleasant experience at this store. We have been shopping for furniture for over six months now and have visited a number of stores across LA.In BoConcept's website, the Shop by look is a cool section to explore, it inspired us to think differently.The store has number of pieces on display, available for you to see and feel, which helps a lot.The quality seems on par with brands that are much more expensive .Above all, it was James Schaefer who made the difference to our experience. James was very knowledgeable , patient and took the time to understand our need.He even modeled a few different configurations of the modular sofas for us, by looking at a picture of our living room floor. The visual really helped.We left the store with the confidence that quality and customer service would not be an issue post purchase.Arvin & Sri

Bought a Milano glass table for about $5000. Was told in the showroom it's possible but not cheap to replace the glass if we destroy it. Requested new glass, never delivered despite a dozen emails and years waiting.

Product is low grade. I bought a floating console about 3 years ago and now it's starting to fall apart. Many gaps are starting to form and now my door doesn't even shut all the way. Customer service is horrible here bc they NEVER pickup the phones. When I bought the product 3 years ago it came unpackaged and dirty and even then I tried to reach out but I couldn't get a hold of them. This place is worse then ikea. So disappointed.

If you can wait for a long long time , longer than the supply-chain delays caused by the pandemic and have the time and energy to chase your order (unlike their competition BoConcept won’t send you emails to keep you informed), and if, and this is a big if, your furniture arrive intact from China(this is where most of what we ordered were made), you may like BoConcept. Most of what we got are fairly well made and comfortable. Customer service however is reactive and not proactive . At the price point they sell their furniture and other items, you can get better value for your money elsewhere.

They don't really value their customers! I purchased a desk there and chose the in-store pick-up. But when I went there, I found that my desk was on display and someone is reading magazine on the desk! What I want is a new desk not a used one. That's how they treat your furniture before you pick it up!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. My desk which I bought 2 weeks ago is super unsturdy. And now I found that desk is on sale, 15% off! I would wait 2 weeks for my purchase if the sales told me earlier. WORST Service!!!! I was also shopping in Design Within Reach where salesperson told me about their semi-annual sale event and saved my money. SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE!
