We had a large load of items to be dry cleaned including delicate linen curtains and pillows. The manager Anush was so helpful. She made calls to us to specify which item needs what type of cleaning and approval.I definitely recommend this cleaners in Franklin Village for great, quick and cordial service.

*** BEWARE!!! SCAMMING!!! *** NEW OWNERSHIP! **I've been bringing my clothes for years, to either be dry cleaned or tailored or repaired. I believe they SOLD OFF this business because the owners i used to always see are no longer there and some lady took over and has no idea what she's doing.I had left a large dry cleaning order a while back and she called saying it was ready. When I came to pick up the order she only had a final price when I asked for the prices of each service or an itemized receipt she mentioned that it was not available because they changed the computer systems and the "old system" only has the details of my order. funny no?!And to top it off she told me when I picked up the order there was 8 items total and that I picked up 3 items already and didn't pay when I picked them up so I'm paying for 8 items when I only had 5 in hand. Then she calls me and says she found another 3 items that where missing... and charged me AGAIN!!!!

My boyfriend dropped off a shirt for dry cleaning and it came back with a massive stain. It was a white shirt and when we went to confront them they said there’s nothing they can do and gave us half of the $10 back. In my opinion that is incredibly wrong because the shirt is worth around $70 and rather new. It’s just a shame ab establishment like this still can continue on without repercussion.

Lady at the front is always very nice, I take my clothes here for dry cleaning mostly suits and they have great alteration as well! I can only trust my Designer Items with Bobs Cleaners!Services: Laundry wash & fold

This place was a miracle, they were so nice and honestly the service that was provided to me was miraculous. I visited Bobs cleaners with stains on my suits & button up shirts and they got rid of every single stain! I swear by them now!Services: Comforter cleaning

Lousy customer service. Had my suit dry cleaned and it came back stained. Bob and staff took no responsibility and would not help. He became very angry at me and I left in disgust. Never again. You've been warned.
