I absolutely adore David who manages Blue Mercury ...He's a great leader and so knowledgable ...I do a ton of business with Blue Mercury both in cosmetics and candles ...David knows his business and shares his knowledge...We trade opinions of fragrances in candles LAFCO being my favorite ..Just ask my accountant ...David is the best ..He tells me the truth as we discuss every note in every candle..He directs me to his team who is hand picked by David and trained and all wonderful ..Thx David for the last purchase of 2 LAFCO candles ..I will see you soon ..YOu are a pure joy always..Phyllis Greenberg.

Me and my wife visited blue mercury on san vicente boulevard and we had a wonderful experience, we were served by a lady called Patricia who was super helpful and so generous, my wife bought a great product that Patricia let her try the sample beforehand. Overall a really lovely experience!

What a cute little store in this even cuter plaza full of great eats and shops. Very friendly staff attentive staff, easy shopping experience with so many amazing brands look at videos for store tours and see if your favorite beauty brand is at this Bluemercury location ???

Love this store!!!!! Erin gives the most amazing facials and her brow waxing is on point! The team at this location is so knowledgeable and friendly. They sell these M61 peel pads that will change your skin in amazing ways, they are a MUST have!!!!

This my first time ordering from them. They had what no one else carried anymore. I did have to call a few times because no updates about my order and days went by. I did receive my item in timely fashion (week 1/2 .. I didn’t give 5 stars it was only my first time

This place saved my skin! I have so many allergies to different things and was at a stand still with finding products & a routine that worked for me UNTIL David, the amazing manager, helped me out! He helped me find such incredible products, I use the signature M-61 line, that have worked wonders for my skin. Great team and energy as well. I love this place

I popped in just minutes before closing one evening, and expected to be turned away. Nope! David, the store manager, welcomed me in and was so helpful and fun! I never felt rushed and he seemed genuinely interested in assisting me with finding just the right products. These days I usually expect to find associates on their phones, or chatting with one another. What a refreshing reminder that customer service DOES exist. Thanks, David, I'll be back soon!

Two stars for the product selection but oof, what a rude and unhelpful customer service experience with a woman working there this morning. Just wanted to return part of an order and she acted like I was putting her out. The poor operations systems in place at Bluemercury don't help (glitchy website, no order number on my packing receipt, being told that I'm allowed to keep the samples from my gift with purchase just this once - which my remaining items that I kept still qualified for. GTFO. I've spent thousands of dollars with this place since it was rinky dink boutique in DC). This woman didn't know what the requirements for an online return were and when I asked for a receipt, she says with a tude that she has nothing to do with that and I can call customer service myself. I'm not leaving without proof of return for a $170 unopened item, so I stood there in the store, called customer service MYSELF to have a receipt of the return emailed. I've worked retail and I would NEVER. To be honest, over the years and in multiple locations across the country, the service has been more snotty than not, but this was another level. And I get we're in tough times, but it was 10am and I'm the only customer in the store. No excuse to cop an attitude from the get go.

Would absolutely recommend Bluemercury for anyone seeking a facial with acne-prone skin. Kayla gave facials to me and my friend and was amazing!! She's very friendly and super knowledgeable about acne and skin-care. Will definitely be back.

Their merchant system is really glitchy. Warning, my card was charged 3 times for one transaction on a Friday. I called that day to have the charges reversed, but nothing was reflected in my balance. I was told that only 1 charge could be corrected because the manager had already left for the day. Cool. I returned today (Monday) and was told that by Friday the money should be returned to my account? During the call I had to provide my card information again and wait for a refund to be processed? Today, no receipt or card was requested, just a claim that "maybe by Friday" the pending charges would reflect the correction. The money was removed immediately, but requires a week to correct? Unacceptable. Very disappointed. The card system was not functioning properly months ago (pre-covid) either. Due to the inconsistent handling of the correction I will not be shopping here again. Employees need better training and the system should be upgraded.

The ladies here are so sweet! I came to browse mostly but one of the girls helped me decipher between all the different products and though I have a regimen I was comfortable with, she talked me into getting something I feel enhances it. And what I thought I needed she didn't recommend and instead got something totally different than I was expecting. The store is clean, organized, and I'm looking forward to trying their facial services sometime!

Horrible customer service unless you are a celebrity or friends with the manager or the employees. Employees play on their phones with the snapchat and whatever else with their friends instead of providing prompt respectful customer service. The best makeup artists always end up leaving because the manager and the few loyal employees get jealous of superior makeup artists.
