Horrible customer service! The website doesn't work properly. I called and The phone representative wanted me to pay more than the price online. Then, he put me on hold and told me "check again now, the prices are higher"...HE LITERALLY RAISED THE PRICES AS I WAS ON THE PHONE!!!!This is so sad because this was going to be my second time purchasing bubble mailers from this company. STAY AWAY!!!!

Great great customer service !!! Called in to ask for ink pad and the gentleman in the warehouse location answered all my questions so so so patiently! Definitely will do business with them.

Rude experience going to this office supply store tiday. Told it was just a warehouse and couldn't make any order there directly. They didn't even want at first to give me the number to call to place an order insisting it was not a retail store. OK I get it. But why not then make it crystal clear in YELP that you need to order large big volume supplies ahead of time? Also it is rude to open your gate and then shut it when the customer calls your company to place an order which it turned out was too small for them to bother with, even though I was already there and they had the item in stock.

i absolutely recommend Bluebird Office Supplies to anyone who needs help setting up their office. A special thank you to Dario Lopez who made it all possible and really came through for us. We were on a tight deadline to get our new office up and running and he delivered and ready for operation on time. Overall, it was a great experience working with this company and my partner and I are tremendously happy with our new office setup. I will def keep Bluebird Office Supplies in mind for any future needs. Amazing job guys and thank you!
