Me and my husband got the 23” concrete rectangular vessel bathroom sink and we are so so amazed by how beautiful the product is!! The quality of the product is 100%They are so nice and friendly as well! Definitely worth the drive! Yall should check them out!! 1000/10!

Extremely bad customer service. For return, you have to pay the mailing fee out of pocket which could be expensive for a household item. Then, they'll find an excuse to not refund you but if you're lucky and they do they will decrease a 15% of the price as restocking fee.

We purchased a fireclay farmhouse sink, ten years ago from Blue Bath when we built our home. It is beautiful and everything we could have wanted in a sink!! We love it more each time we use our kitchen. I was thrilled to find this great company still in business so I can recommend it to a friend!!

I ordered a kitchen sink from another vendor that showed up broken twice and left me without a kitchen for an extra week and my contractor with nothing to do. Since I'm local, I called a few places around town to try to find a sink I could pick up the same day and Brad was incredibly helpful in locating an open-box item that was the perfect size and even texted me a picture. It was in our hands in a few hours and installed in my kitchen by the end or the night. My contractor said they had a great selection and very good prices. Hard to get this kind of help anymore. I will be back. Thanks!!

While looking for a new sink for our kitchen remodel we came across Blue Bath who had a beautiful Nantucket hand hammered stainless steel one. We had questions and what sold me on Blue Bath was the amazing customer service. They were very helpful before the sale when we were just shopping. They shipped quickly and it arrived in perfect shape.

Good experience with Blue Bath. They have quality products you can’t find at your local home improvement warehouse. We bought two granite sinks that were not compatible with our remodel and were able to exchange them for stainless steel ones with the help of the store manager, Brad. Highly recommend their products and service.

After hours searching on line for a glass vessel sink for our remodeled powder room, I happened onto Blue Bath's web site and found an entire collection of artfully designed products at very attractive prices. Running into a glitch with the on-line ordering process, I telephoned: Brad was enormously patient and helpful and confirmed the product was in stock - many are on back order. He even thoughtfully advised against paying extra for shipping since manufacturer of our chosen product is also in the west. We are fans!

I have placed two orders with this company for the same faucet. The first one was great. The second time the incorrect finish of the faucet was sent. They asked me to send them photos of the box, which I did not knowing what they would be used for. They said they reached out to the manufacturer but they were unwilling to take them back as a result of it being outside the return window. I realized that I had errantly photographed the old box and subsequently sent updated photos of the new box. When I called and spoke with "Brad", he stated that they would take the product back but their would be a restocking fee of 15%. It didn't seem right for me to pay for the restocking fee when this wasn't my fault. When I pressed further, he commented "You will just have to leave a negative review" and then proceeded to hang up on me. A real class act and astute business person!

Horrible service - restrictive policies - use fine print. I would never buy something from them. Read Rebecca’s comment - clearly a retailer whose doesn’t stand behind their customers. Better options everywhere.
