Nathalie was lovely and she explained about all the different types of beds they carried. I was looking for organic originally but was told they make their beds in the US and use water based glue. The prices were very fair (better then ) and she also gave me a mattress cover and a new set of sheets! They delivered it the next day and the men who brought in the bed tightened up my old frame and put the headboard back together. I highly recommend purchasing mattresses, etc. from this store! About five years after purchasing beds and movable bases from Blissful Sleep, we had a problem. Since we could not contact the manufacturer, we called Blissful Sleep. Even though all the warranties had expired and a great deal of time had passed since our purchase, the owner of the store had folks come to the house to fix the problem. We supported a neighborhood store: they supported us when we needed help.

Even though you can order a mattress online today without seeing or lying down on it first, nothing beats shopping locally and testing out mattresses in person. And Blissful Sleep is the best place to do that in the San Fernando Valley or Ventura County. My girlfriend and I have purchased multiple mattresses there and we always receive great service, same-day delivery and a fair price. Highly recommended!

Purchased an organic queen mattress for over $6k no return policy. Very uncomfortable. Tried sleeping on it for a few weeks and woke up every morning with excruciating back pain. Ordered the EXACT same mattress that my friend has in her guest room with the hopes it would be the same. Because the mattress was made on demand the quality control is all over the place. Have been sleeping on the sofa for a year because it's better than this mattress.

Lucie assisted us. She is very knowledgeable. She answered many of our questions. To be honest, we have been looking for a mattress for the past year but did not find anything we were exactly sold on. We were in the market for two mattresses - one for our guestroom also. My sister told me she had a Tempur-pedic memory foam mattress that she and her husband loved. Lucie showed us a Tempur-pedic memory foam mattress. We felt very comfortable. The dual controls are great! We also purchased the dual mattress protector and organic sheets. The sheets are so comfortable and feel so good. We also purchased a small table that goes perfect with our headboard and frame. Delivery was very efficient. The gentlemen set up everything in the bedrooms. They were very professional. We are very happy with our purchases.

We asked if we would get a discount for buying two mattresses at once. The associate Chelsea said she would give us 10% off the listed price. When it came time to purchase the mattresses, they refused to honor the 10%. Classic bait and switch. Avoid.

We purchased our home bedroom mattress several months ago. Natalie helped us out and was very informative. We love our home mattress! We were now in need of replacing our RV bunk bed mattresses. After finding out that custom made mattresses right now are hard to find, I had remembered that Natalie had mentioned they do this. When I called I just happened to get her and once again she was very helpful and informative. We now have 2 custom made RV mattresses that our family is thrilled about. Great customer service and products!

Nathalie listened to what I was looking for and led me to the ideal bed for me. I tested a few to be sure but the one she suggested was just right. The social distancing and cleanliness were excellent, the purchase was easy, the price was fair, the the delivery was made in less than 24 hours--again easy, efficient and tidy. This is a good business and I recommend the store on Topanga in Canoga Park (didn't visit any others). I tried the store because it is a local family run business.

Okay so I just moved into a new place and for disgusting reasons I could not use the mattress from my spare bedroom. And I had a house guest coming to spend the night. Horrors! So I contact sleep number to see if they could help me. No can do. I do a search for mattresses and after looking at a few, I decide on Blissful Sleep in Canoga Park. I get there shortly after they open and I tell the lovely woman who helped me, "I am looking for a king size bed, with an adjustable base and a memory foam mattress. She ends up selling me this amazing bed that even has massage. I ask her if I can get it today. Lo and behold, she called the warehouse and made arrangements and by 1 pm my bed was delivered, set up, my old mattress gone and I'm waiting on my guest. Oh and equally amazing is that I got an AWESOME deal. Seriously, if you are looking for a mattress, call these folks asap. You will not be sorry you did.

The delivery team was very helpful. The middle support on my bed frame was installed upside down and not working. They quickly saw the mistake the installers had made and helped me fix it before installing the mattress. They were beyond helpful and I am very grateful.

I purchased a Blissful Bed from Ben last year after having hip replacement surgery and it was one of the best investments I ever made. The bed is amazing and the mattress feels so Heavenly. It help me sleep pain free during my recovery and I highly recommend Blissful Sleep Beds and mattresses.

I love Blissful Sleep and this company really helps you get it. Purchased a queen bed for our guest room. However it has become our favorite bed. The service is terrific, the timing is great, delivery went well. The quality of the mattress, in our case organic latex really is a quality product. Can't do better.

I ordered a custom mattress for my sprinter van. During a rainstorm their warehouse leaked so they made me another one in a day’s time so as not to inconvenience me. Wonderful mattress! Wonderful service!
