If I die and get to go to heaven, I am going to ask the bus driver to stop at Blick so I can load up on supplies. I will unload my haul at the gates and wait for all the cool kids (aka the creatives) to come meet me. I will let them use all of my markers, paper and paint in exchange for their advisement on how to best decorate a proper heaven.
Until then, I rely on the incredibly helpful staff at Blick as tour guides to my life's aspirations.

Artists Paradise!! Plus, super cool Octo en el bano?!! Staff is happy, helpful, knowledgeable, plus knows their store, inventory and cares for the customers - I actually felt welcome!!

Absolutely love this store, it’s a wonderland that makes you wanna be a kid and do all sorts of art. Also a great place to find fun gifts and gadgets!

Staff was very rude to my daughter. Went in to purchase a new set of natural hair brushes, canvas, and paint. My daughter needed to use the restroom, which the staff refused to allow her to do without a purchase first. I asked if we could use the restroom so that we could shop unrushed and without looking up just repeated that we must make a purchase first, or we could not use the restroom. To not allow a child to use the restroom in general is distasteful at best. To run off a potential customer on top of that is pretty bad business. I took my daughter to use the restroom across the street and took my $500 somewhere the staff aren't so rude. Have spent thousands at this store, but won't any longer. Terrible customer service, and the prices at this location are too high anyway.

I love coming down to this store but today I was harassed by a manager while shopping. She wasn't knowledgeable in the item we were looking for. On other occasions I have had other workers nicely help us and locate the stock on the computer. She showed us the aisle where the products were located and proceeded to hover over my partner and I the WHOLE time we were looking over the products. She stayed silent and just stood there, it made us very uncomfortable... This store can't use the excuse of being helpful because it was obvious she was just following us around thinking we would steal. Fortunately I was helped out later by a really sweet worker named Maxine and she checked us out.

It's a shame there aren't more good art stores around, whereas craft stores are plentiful. I had to go a bit out of my way to visit this location. Thankfully there is parking onsite under the building.
