I assembled a new child's bicycle, but I didn't have the special tools to tighten the bolts and screws . I took it to Catalina Hardware and Bike Shop so they could double check my work. The lady who helped me took more than 30 minutes to tightened the bolts . I feel like she didn't know what she was doing . I asked if I could help or do something so it could be done faster . She refused my help and at the end she told me it was $35 for the services. I feel like she overcharged me. In hindsight, I should have asked how much it would cost but I didn't expect it to be so much.
