The environment was pleasant, it wasn't crowded, we had the store to ourselves sort of LOL. The security guard at the door was pleasant when we came in as well as professional. The shopping experience was fine and I haven't been in there in years. When I come back to Los Angeles I will be visiting again

In my experience today, very badly, I bought a bed for my dog that said it was worth 23.99 and when I was leaving I noticed on my receipt that it said 29.99. I told the cashier that she was charging me too much and she told me with great rudeness, I'm going to pay it to you. change but the next time he comes he knows that it costs more and I'm not going to change it and I told him well go change the prices because there are other ones that are the same, that's called cheating the customer with a price and they charge another and he's still offended She was very rude, be very careful with the prices and change them at the checkout.

They do not restock there store in a timely manner. When you get there most of the good items are gone. That's it!
