Finally got the chance to shop in person after years of being a long distance fan, and i couldn't have had a better time. The staff were so kind and i got to try on all the pieces i was too worried to order online. Bought so many things that i am absolutely obsessed with, i couldn't be happier with the fit :)) there was a sale the weekend after i went and GOD i wish i had known, probably would have bought even more, but that's okay! My newfound knowledge of exactly how everything fits me is definitely going to be a problem for my wallet

I love most of the items here but I recently bought a $40 halter top and some of the threads have started to come out of the seams after only wearing it 3 times.

My favorite store ever. Everything is flattering for all body types. Everything is comfortable and well made. Ethical and local to LA. A+++ printing. Washes and dries well. Iconic.

On vacation in LA we couldn’t miss to go to Big Bud Press. We have been welcomed in such an amazing way! We thank all the team for this and for the discussions we had with them. The cloches are so great, with very nice colors and wonderful quality materials. Thanks a lot again for everything. We’re going back to France with this incredible moment in mind.

I've been buying clothing from this brand for YEARS and I genuinely love the products and never had complaints up until recently. Every product I've bought within the last 2 years has had seams come undone, elastic pulling out of the fabric, and holes show up after minimal wear. Not sure if they changed who they commission but seems like their quality recently has dipped, and it's very disappointing with such a huge price tag.

Highly recommend this store. The clothes were super cute and the staff was very helpful and friendly. This is honestly the first time I've been clothes shopping where they not only had my sizes, but I did not feel out of place as a person with a larger body. I bought a jumpsuit and love it. I'll definitely come back and shop here.

I bought a pair of pants for 110 dollars today but when I was home and looked at the digital receipt discovered I was charged 140. I took the pants back to let them know their error expecting a refund but they said that this was the price of the pants even though it was marked incorrectly. I was not given an apology for their mistake and was told there was nothing they would do even though the pants were clearly marked 110. One associate took the tag off in front of me and said, "see". That price was a major part of why I made the decision to buy them - I had not compared the price to others in the stack. I returned the pants for a full refund. So for 30 dollars BBP has 1. lost a customer, as I can't imagine ever walking back in 2. lost 110 for a pair of pants I already bought and likely would have been a repeat customer 3. Possibly lost other future customers when they see my bad review. The shop employees were dismissive, rude, and unwilling to see my point of view or the store's mistake.

Had such a positive experience at this location today that I had to write a review. Staff were incredibly helpful, kind, attentive, and thoughtful. The whole vibe of the store is so lovely and inclusive. At first the mid-store dressing room seemed daunting, but instead it was an opportunity for staff to be extra available and it was just complement city (with helpful feedback!) from them and other shoppers Broad selection of sizes with opportunity to free ship anything they didn't have in store. It was my first time shopping here and will definitely be going again soon.

Bags I bought, every single one of them the zippers come apart. Seems like they changed production houses cuz the old bags that didn't happen to. The customer service is weird. They are on you. They follow you around. As soon as one employee leaves you another comes up and it's uncomfortable. I don't think I'll return. Sadly.

I haven't been to every store but judging by the website it's safe to say big bud press is never gonna do normal / long length shirts for the foreseeable future :( god I wish crop top / short shirts fad would end already!!!!!! Four years ago this was my go to store. I dropped money I didn't even have to get the new shirts here but for three years now everytime I see something cute on instagram I peek into the item closer and it's short as heck :( I know u can't please everyone but why do ALL the shirts have to be cropped? I really miss the long sleeve tees they'd make that were long in length. I miss the ability to be plus size adult and get fun clothes that fit my body, not teenage crop tops :( I still support the brand and look at items and hope they morph back to 2019 vibes of less crop tops. The endless crop tops make me think their trying to get a middle school high school clientele vs 30 year olds. Which is their perogitive of course.... But wish something was catered to the plus size young adult who didn't wanna show their whole belly?

Awful customer service. I had surgery and could not return their pants within their 14 day window. I tried to return at 17 days and they would not accept even after explaining my situation. Reached out via email and explained again, that due to having surgery I could not return. They refused.
