My purchase was to obtain my yearly fishing license. The price of fishing keeps rising every year. But, I like going fishing so I purchase them anyhow so I have to worry about not having them when it time to go fishing.

There is definitely a reason why I only shop in certain areas. I call and get connected, calling to confirm if they have an item in stock. The website suggest calling the store. So I ask and the employee answers with an attitude. I ignore it. I ask her if the sleeping bag is in stock. She goes "uhhhhhh you're going to have to call back tomorrow cause we are closed" it wasn't even what was said. It's how she said it. I looked at the phones it's 7:58pm. I get it, they're about to close. But why even pick up the phone to let me know you're not going to help me? And no need for the attitude????

Cool Big 5 location we stopped at yesterday to take a look at some sporting goods and fitness gear. Place had a good amount of stuff to look at and see. Parking lot is really small. I had to be careful where you park too, Security made me feel safe and comfortable. Nice place, they had everything well kept. Customer service was good. Id love to visit again.
