Only giving an extra star because my dr primary is the best but the front office staff lord have mercy, you will get it all their constantly on their periods. They are so so rude over the phone and in person, I called for 3 days different time to change and appointment they either pick up and put you on hold no regards wait for 15 min they hang up the phone, I got a girl picked up and ask me my name and the 2 minutes later ask me my name again paused asked me my name a 3rd time by the 3rd time I was like can "you hear me well"? She got so bothered breathing hard and put me on hold and later on hung up on me, in order to schedule appointments I need to walk in and the attitude are the same I been to 3 multiple offices and the same energy all 3 it's crazy to me, people get paid to do a job but they do it horribly get rid of them, not to mention when I'm there I could hear complains from other patients asking for managers due to the front office being rude. Something has to change. And I hope they read their reviews cuz by the looks of it it been going on for years now.

I have been with Via care East Los Angeles since 2016 and have received quality , professional and courteous service. I do however want to recognize a specific person who definitely stands out. her name is Rebecca and she is currently located at the 280 S Atlantic Blvd. site. She is my Medical case worker. Ms. Rebecca and have gotten to know each other very well as she has been in my life professional for almost 2 years. When I need a medically related service she is always attentive and responsive with solutions and a positive and professional response. Ms. Rebecca was very helpful during my past experience of being homeless and living between shelters and the streets, providing me with food items which were non perishable, gift cards to purchase personal needs and hygiene kits. THANK YOU MS. REBECCA for continuously treating me with care, kindness and support. I am eternally grateful. I no longer live I the streets and have a place to call home .Ms. Rebecca continues to be supportive in the form of transportation assistance to my doctor appts, assistance with making my dr. appts, and researching additional services I need when given referrals for specialty care. Finally i truly appreciate her follow ups and concerns when I am not feeling well. Through all my hospitalizations, covid and surgeries she took the time to check in on me. VIA CARE is BLESSED to have such a dedicated and compassionate employee. THANK YOU AGAIN MS. REBECCA !! :)

I came here on December 27th to get tested for Covid. Unfortunately, I was exposed the week before. I felt fine but I thought I should get tested just to be sure. The guy swabbed my nose and said they will call me in a day or two. I waited and waited! I called the next day. The assistant said someone will call me I just had to wait. She was very nice so she's excluded from this bad review. No one called! I called the next day and I was told the same thing. I called the next day. They were closed . I decided to go somewhere else and get re tested. I came out negative! Yay! Anyway they NEVER CALLED ME AND TOLD ME MY RESULTS. It's been two weeks!! I will never go there again for anything. So unprofessional. I get that there's an increase in people wanting to get tested after the Christmas break but do as many test as you can handle. Keep on top of the calls to tell the person of their results. -the end-

This is the worst place for any mother to get their check ups the nurses are so lazy and will tell you to get a call back and never do. Even in times of emergency's they lie about whom you are speaking with just to get rid of you.

This review is for Dr. Manuel Chon. I was referred over to see him by my primary care provider. This doctor does not care for your well being and will rush you out of his office leaving you with more questions than you came in with. I have a very large ovarian cyst at 4.7 cm that has landed me in the emergency room twice now due to 10/10 pain. The doctor at the ER told me to see an OBGYN immediately after he saw my ultrasound results because they usually recommend surgery at 4.5cm-5cm. Dr. Chon's response to that was that we can just monitor it and that I can come back for an ultrasound in 4 months? I also told him I can literally feel where the cyst is due to the pressure and pain it places on my back and pelvic region and he said he doubts that and blamed that on IBS? I don't even have IBS. I have never had that in my life and it is not in my past medical history. Pain is subjective and you are not supposed to tell a patient what they feel when it comes to pain. Or did you not learn that in medical school? You could tell that he was rushed and was just trying to brush off the issue from how fast he was talking. I couldn't even keep up with what he was saying. My health matters. You are a terrible doctor and should have your license revoked. Switching doctors and will get a second opinion from a competent doctor. If you're planning on visiting him, you should look elsewhere if you actually care about your health. Thanks.

Thank you Ms.Silas and the whole Via Care team for taking care of all my needs.... Had a deep cleaning today, it's been around 4-5 years... But half was done today and everything went well... I recommend Via Care to everyone especially to all Whole person care people in need....

how about actually trying to help patients see a doctor. 3 times i have been turned away from seeing a doctor because of your unrealistic policies. F&%k you guys for real. I have been forced to go to an out of network doctor pay extra because you people refuse to help people.

Worst medical company ever! Including with Judy been unprofessional nonetheless the staff in the front desk(receptionist. Emma,maria)in which they have no knowledge on how or what thier company operates policies !save yourself time and stress and avoid this VIACARE CHAIN headache ,you will thank me later. And if you plan to go on disability through Via care mind as well say goodbye to your job of getting fired for lack of communication from the Drs to send out paper work and at then end they try to blame it everything on you. Just to clean their hands . This medical business just focuses on getting thier cut of money from your insurance and not caring for thier patients health concerns.

Hello my name is Crystal and I'm posting because I would like to share my experience with the Home Health Care Program especially with maricruz and Julio I was referred to this program by doctor Tek due to my ongoing medical conditions I have received nothing but professional kindness human compassion and a true caring for my well-being the staff at the Home Health Care Program has made it extremely easy convenient for me to attend all of my appointments in addition my anxiety stress has been lowered and I have started to see an improvement in my Healthcare thank you so much for all you do at Via care I don't know what the community would do without you

I am a patient at this clinic and I do not appreciate the clerks hanging up on me or leaving me on the line and never coming back after trying to contact them so many times. They just never answer the phone.
