Carla is extremely lazy and rude. She needs more training. Thanks to her I’ll be changing my medical group in hopes to go to a place where they don’t complain about doing their job.

how about actually trying to help patients see a doctor. 3 times i have been turned away from seeing a doctor because of your unrealistic policies. F&%k you guys for real. I have been forced to go to an out of network doctor pay extra because you people refuse to help people.

I am a patient at this clinic and I do not appreciate the clerks hanging up on me or leaving me on the line and never coming back after trying to contact them so many times. They just never answer the phone.
