first time here and staff were really friendly and nice . the price for our nueter was pretty affordable for us ! we came in to have an exam check for our cat and we ended up also doing the bloodwork and nueter in the same day! dr. park was also very kind and professional, definitely coming back for future check ups or other services that i need for my pets!

Amazing job! The Doc saved my cat Ocean. I took my cat with breathing difficulties and was told to leave him for a few hours for tests. Turns out he had tons of lung fluids. When I picked him up he was as good as new, of course after the proper treatment and all. It was $800 in my case but well worth it.

Seriously they were absolutely amazing. My dog's regular vet is out on sick leave till mid November and my boy has an ear infection and needed an allergy shot. The doctor was so gentle with my boy, and knowledgeable. The nurse who did his ear cleaning was absolutely amazing! My dog literally came out so happy, like he felt so much better and didn't even try to run out of there, but rolled over and tried to be cute for the nurse! I've never seen him like that and this is the third vet he's been to. Definitely coming back and definitely recommend

I'm so happy I found this place! I have been really tired of my former vets extra fees and long wait times and I always felt like they were trying to upsell me on some thing just because I was worried about my pup. Be well has amazing care and customer service, is straightforward and so far I have had an easy time getting an appointment exactly when we need to. Thank you so much!

Very caring! From the Vet, Dr Park to the front desk. They were all extremely professional but again also very caring. Our cat felt very at home.

This was my regular vet for just short of a year while I lived in the area. I kept coming back because the prices were reasonable, the space was clean, and the receptionists were all so kind, patient, and understanding. My experience with the vet himself (Dr. Park) has been consistently sub-par. He's nice enough and not outright dishonest, but tends to be very brief and dismissive and provides incomplete care. He seldom-to-never gave anywhere near a thorough exam of my cat, and more often than not, health questions or concerns are met with implausible, hand-wave explanations (I have a reasonable medical background, so I trust my intuition). Try mentioning any secondary concerns and you'll get cut off with a "yeah yeah yeah" or he won't address it at all. A couple of examples-- - I noticed that my cat's tummy was a bit tense (like a water balloon). I took her in, and he palpated her for about 10 seconds and said "I pushed on her back--she has pain over here so it must be that she is tensing her muscles in her belly". Anyone with a musculoskeletal system knows that a body that is tense because muscles are tense wouldn't feel exactly the same, regardless of whether they are standing or lying down. Also, contracted muscles don't feel like a water balloon. (The issue eventually resolved--I still don't know what it was, but was most likely from worms from fleas that she had recently expelled, or possibly the shot for it... which he administered, why wouldn't he say anything??) - My cat had inflamed gums and smelly breath. To his credit, Dr. Park correctly identified what was going on as root resorption, and provided resources when I asked for them. However, he only glanced at her teeth (no temperature, didn't even open her mouth) and Rx steroids to manage inflammation and an opioid. I asked repeatedly if there were signs of infection or if she might need antibiotics, and he said no. Well, I decided to get a second opinion (through a free program at a low-income clinic no less) and as it turns out her teeth had been infected to her throat, her throat was inflamed, and she had a low fever. I was given some antibiotics and her swelling/fever reduced almost immediately. - Additionally, Dr. Park offered to do the extraction for her root resorption at a later date. Since this was my first visit to this office, Dr. Park correctly identified the issue, had good prior surgical reviews, and was significantly cheaper than estimates I had been given at other offices, I figured I would give him a chance. I scheduled an appointment for surgery, cancelled everything I had to do that day, put my cat on NPO the night before. Went in for surgery, and Dr. Park goes: "Oh, I can't really tell which teeth need to be extracted, because I don't have the necessary dental x rays, so I'm not going to do the surgery". I appreciate the honesty, but had he told me this in the first place instead of offering to do a surgery he couldn't do, it could've saved my cat a meal and the stress of traveling to the vet (not to mention hours of my time). Honestly pretty unprofessional. I am giving BeWell three stars because of my experience with the office. It is a place that is quick, reasonable, and easy to schedule appointments and get the medicines and referrals you know that you need (ie., if you need flea meds). And Dr. Park isn't necessarily awful, either. But if a thoughtful diagnosis or answers are what you seek, look elsewhere.

I took my dog here to get treatment for her persistent itching, swollen ear, and two bumps that were growing on her skin. She was diagnosed with an aural hematoma and required surgery. Her bumps were removed and biopsied. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received. Everyone is so friendly, compassionate, and professional. I really feel like my dog was in excellent hands. I also really like that everything was so affordable and a lot less expensive than other hospitals. Please come here if you want your loved ones be taken great care of.

First and foremost I would like to thank the staff and Dr. Park for making time to see Little Mamas. She was diagnosed with pyometra. I called at 12:03pm and was seen at 12:30pm same day. After x-rays and blood work, it was recommended that she have surgery immediately. So in she went at 1pm and I was able to pick her up at 4pm. This is not an overnight hospital, but we can come back in the morning for additional fluids if needed. The staff was very caring. They listened to me and they let me pour my heart out. Any expense out of the normal is hard. But I knew this emergency visit and surgery was going to set me back. I was really worried. But the staff allowed me the to think and run the numbers over. And let me tell you the the total cost wasn't what I expected. I was quoted up to $5,000 at other vets. I didn't pay close to that. Not only were they kind they we truly affordable. I cannot thank you enough for saving my Little. They really cared about her. Thank you so so much.

My experience with this vet has been excellent! The staff, from the receptionist all the way to the Veterinarian Dr. Park are the kindest people. I have two yorkies, Dr. Park assessed and treated all of their needs. I appreciate that he took the time to have the consultation with me in the room. Whereas many vets take the pets to the back room and just relay a message. I also appreciate how they work with you to set up an appointment that works with you. Overall, as an obsessed dog mom I trust this clinic with my yorkies and recommend it to all!

THE BEST VET! For many years I had taken my pets to a lot of Vets because there are so many that are not good. They always made me feel like they were more concerned to sell products than take care of my fur babies. Dr. Park showed such compassion, care and support with his staff during one of the most difficult times. Sadly, my sweet boy had to be given the "gift of love" and put down. Dr. Park's gentle demeanor, patience, and empathy provided a much-needed sense of comfort and reassurance. He took the time to explain each step of the process, ensuring I understood and felt supported throughout. His professionalism combined with his heartfelt compassion made a significant difference in coping with this painful event. I walked out after feeling a sense of peace knowing my sweet boy isn't suffering any longer due to heart failure. I extend my deepest gratitude to him.

Its been a pleasure to have my fur babies checked by the vets and the technicians at this office. They deserve an infinity of 5 star reviews. My only irritant is the older soft spoken receptionist. When we had to put down our very old sick dog, she spoke to us very indifferent. She was passive aggressively rude to my brother. She also wouldn't let him in to say good bye because of the "only 2 people allowed in the examination room" rule. Which turned out to be bogus because the technician said there is no such rule for final goodbyes (and that whole families could be present.) This receptionist frequently puts me on hold multiple times in a single call. Sometimes I'll be put on hold for up to 20 minutes. I would kindly suggest she take the phone number of the person that calls and tells them that she will call back as soon as she is available and perhaps have her retrained on her people skills. With that said, I do recommend this place for anyone looking for a compassionate vet and kind pet loving techs. Thank you Be Well!

Took a stray cat here for a spay appointment. It was quick and reasonably priced. Cat recovered well without issues after the surgery.

Personally, good service. The receptionist is welcoming. The place looks modern and clean. Smells new too. The doctor was okay. He was brief with his explanation. I think the supporting staff was able to provide me with the information I needed. I went in for a check up for my 9 year old cat. I paid 721 dollars. This included, consultation, rabies shot, blood work, urine test, xrays, a bio hazard fee, and sedation. (Not sure if this is cheap or not) I have pet insurance so it will Offset 80% of the cost after deductible. I hope this helps some of you.
