I go here about 3-4 times a year to get a nice bottle of whisky and some gifts. Always have great prices and selection with a really helpful staff. Recently I dropped an 18 year Macallan ~ 30 seconds after I bought it walking out the store. Ended up cutting my foot and first thing manager said was don't worry about the bottle and helped get me patched up. Ended getting another bottle for me to replace the broken one. Was extremely nice and super appreciated. Can't recommend enough!

This place is amazing from the variety of different options available to the incredible staff. We came here looking for a very specific type of beer; Mother Earth - Cali Cream Vanilla and Nitro Milk Truck. Thanks to Jose the store Manager and his Assistant, we were able to find what we wanted. Strongly recommend this place. They will help you find whatever your tastebuds desire or help you find it.

The staff at this location is phenomenal! I needed to place a last-minute bulk order for an event and they went above and beyond to make it happen, from sourcing the items so that we had the exact number we needed to helping load everything into the car. Everyone I spoke to was kind, knowledgable and helpful! I will be coming here again.

Poor customer service and shady ad hoc policy enforcement. I placed an order for Fortaleza Reposado in the afternoon and it was promptly canceled. A couple hours later, a friend stopped in and he was able to purchase not only a Reposado but also a Blanco. I called to figure out why they canceled my order and I was told that they sold out very early in the day. When pointed out that their reason didnt align with what just happened, the employee became tongue tied. It seems like she was trying to tell me that they were cancelling orders in an attempt to hold bottles for someone else. I asked for this issue to be passed on to their district manager.
