Very bad experience. They overcharge, forced unnecessary exams and definitely more focused on making money than caring for pets.
Koreans, when you go to this place, they force you to take blood tests and allergy tests that aren't necessary, scare dog owners, and charge extremely high prices, so don't go here.

Dr. Ryu and his staff were incredible. I was in a pinch after my cat suddenly appeared to be grooming her tail and anus and then scooting. He figured out the problem right away and she only experienced mild discomfort. And the price was reasonable. Thank you so much!

VERY RUDE!!!!!!
I would never recommend this place to anyone. They have no sense and they don't know their job. It is a waste of money to check up your dog at this vet, they're starving for money and don't give a choice and prescriptions to pets. What if I travel to a far place with my pet and miss their session? I think the pet would die. They refused to give option, and forced their treatments at VET only. It is unacceptable and yes once they finish their unfinished check-up, they will charge you even he has not completely checked up the pet. Problem has not been solved, they just left me with their most expensive option. I just donated some bucks to them for nothing. Doctor name was Myung Ryu. I'm not happy with their service and their attitude.

Don't come to this hospital !!!! Rude receptionists and doctor's , specially doctor MYUNG RYU !!!! he don't know the job and explain. He only give you price !!!!!! Be careful peoples!!!

Don’t visit Myung Ryu doctor!!!!!! His very rude and can’t explain dogs problem and medicine!!! He only thinks money and can’t do the job very bad doctor! Waste of money and animals health!!!

I love this vet the doctor took care of my dogs mole on her back he did an excellent job I would recommend this vet, they get my 5 stars, and also the team is so friendly and welcoming.

Never, ever, never go here. Dr. Kim is a person who only sees sick animals as money. Not long ago, I saw a red spot on my dog's eye, so I took him to him urgently, and he said he needed to get a blood test to see if it could be cancer. When I asked why I was seeing red dots in my eyes because it was cancer, he said he didn't know, so I had to take a blood test. I was so worried that I was told there was a high probability that it was cancer, so I took a blood test that day. A few days later, all blood tests came back normal and what did the doctor say..? Are you healthy? Then I tried putting eye drops in my eyes. On the first day, they didn't do anything, just paid $300 for a blood test, gave me a lot of fear, and made the eye inflammation worse. In the end, I saw another doctor and it was just a simple eye infection. They gave me medicine and applied ointment and it got better. I found out later that my friend was also affected. I just had a cold, but they said I needed to get an allergy test, so I paid $450. The mentality of using a sick dog is truly the worst.
Never, ever, go there!!! Dr. Kim is a person who only sees sick animals for money.

Eventually, he didn't do anything for the eye infection. Only he did that was he charged me $300 for a blood test, gave me a lot of fear and made the eye inflammation worse.
In the end, I went to another vet and he said it was just an eye infection and he gave medicine and ointment, and it got cured soon.
I found out later that my friend had a similar experience with him. Her dog had a cold but Dr. Kim told her that he needed an allergy test and she paid $450 for that. He is taking advantage of a sick dog. It's really the worst.

They wouldn’t let me enter when I had to put down my dog. They made me pay the fee first, took my dog in, didn’t let me in for her last moment, and brought out her collar. It was so traumatic. My dog went here whenever she got sick but with my new pets, I’m never bringing them here.

Yesterday, my child couldn't eat and wasn't moving so I went to this hospital. He said there was no problem externally and recommended a blood test and It's ridiculous that they just tell me to go to the emergency hospital without any reason. Never go to a hospital like this where they say they don't know after getting tested. I lost $700 of my money for no reason. It's the worst.

I went to have my kitten checked, the doctor didn't even know what he had and he made us give him some injections. The next day my kitten died, the doctor knew there was no cure and to grab money he made us pay for something that he knew wasn't going to work.

Extremely rude staff, mediocre care at best. I will not be back to this clinic ever, I would never recommend them to a friend. Prices are high, quality is low. Do yourself a favor and take your pet anywhere else. I’m truly displeased and disappointed with my experience at Beverly Virgil Animal Hospital. It’s a shame people like this are in the care business or pet business.

Extremely expen0sive trying to charge me $1100.00 for blood work and a chest xray that my dog never even needed. 7taff 6were very friendly and the vet was fine but woese w. Not going back for service here.
