Really unhelpful receptionist - I had a cut on my pinky and without even looking at it she told me they can’t help me and I need to go to the emergency room. Then she told me no urgent care in the area takes HMO insurance. I walked 3 minutes down the street to Exer and was helped with no problems.

Stay away!!!! I went in for what I thought was an ear infection and possible UTI. My appointment lasted all of 6 minutes. I gave them my Cigna PPO info, paid my $50 co-pay and went on my way. A few weeks later, I was shocked to learn I owed an additional $350. For what, I had no idea because it was not itemized. I immediately called the urgent car and was assured that I had been mis-billed. The customer service person apologized and informed me I would receive a new, accurate bill in the mail. When it came, however, the number was unchanged. Apparently, the center has an $800 flat rate, regardless of level of care. This was certainly never made clear to me during my visit. Once I was finally able to track down an itemized receipt, I learned the doctor had performed additional lab tests without my knowledge or consent and submitted those to the insurance. Blatant bill-padding. Really upset about the whole thing. Save yourself the money and the stress and go literally anywhere else.

I have used Beverly Hills Urgent Care for the last few years now when I cannot get to my primary care physician. I have found Dr. Safvati to be very thorough in his examinations. He orders tests as need and each specialist he has referred me to has been top notch. I appreciated this Urgent Care and it's professional treatment.Pat P.

Stay away!!!!! They will charge you extra fees even if you using your Insurance. Do I have to charge more than my co-pay. They make you sign a paper that you agree to pay out of pocket and they still bill your Insurance. When I found out about it they refused to give me back my insurance card. all that when you are sick and blurry.

Unprofessional,unfriendly, and lethargic staff. Long weights while clinic is empty. Worst experience at an urgent care ever. Save yourself go somewhere professional. And the clinic was not clean.

If you are going for a Botox treatment you won’t get what you pay for. The Botox we received here felt like water. We called and complained and got a retouch that also felt like water. Me and my friends won’t be coming back again, sadly. We really like the doctor but not the Botox.

Went in and was told I had a sinus infection. Was prescribed a zpak. 2 weeks later my sinus infection is back in full force. I recently discovered 80% of doctors no longer prescribe zpaks for sinus infections due to the resistance. This is known industry wide apparently. I should've never been prescribed this in the first place. I called in to get something prescribed stronger and they're saying I have to come in again, pay another office visit, only for the doctor to do what he should've done in the first place which is what more than 80% of practices are already doing. 0/10. Don't recommend. Don't waste your money. They won't work with you and are clearly more interested in big pharma getting their zpaks out as much as possible.

This is the best , friendliest , and most professional. Urgent care in town , even if you need Clean Attentive Safe Dr Darabi is just the best dr ever , I bring my kids here if needed , all medical needs . The STAFF - is just amazing Mayra Demaya Juana jiomara Kyla Highly recommended

I go here once a month or so. The doctor I see has great bed side manner and the staff is very cordial. Please note, there is a $5 charge for debit/credit transactions. At one point, the Urgent Care asked for a same day covid test. I haven't been asked in several visits, but I always make sure to have a negative test result from the same day before my appointment.
