I recently leased a BMW and the entire experience was outstanding, thanks in large part to Peter's assistance. He was amazing throughout the process - knowledgeable, attentive, and incredibly helpful. The service was impeccable, the car itself is a joy to drive, and Peter made everything smooth and straightforward.

I can’t thank Neda enough for helping us get our new X3! It’s like she knew exactly what we were looking for. This is the first time I didn’t have to make requests or try to negotiate something I wanted in the vehicle because the one she had that’s the one we wanted, from the year, make , model, color and package. Neda, thank you so much! Romeo was also really helpful and nice with us as well as Katrina ?? We felt really well taken care of.

Everything about the experience was wonderful and perfect. They were the only dealer to have the Model, trim., and color I wanted. I was in and out of the dealer with my new car in a couple of hours. Ara was my sales associate and he was awesome. Finance and paperwork was streamlined and easy. They gave me a great 1:1 overview of all the features of my car. This was the best experience I have had getting a new car. It was no hassle and I got exactly what I wanted.

The team at Beverly Hills BMW was friendly, prepared, and went the extra mile to make sure I left with the perfect car. I worked with Ara gets 5-stars for being calm, helpful, and taking all the time needed to go through each detail. He went the extra mile to make sure each process was explained properly and that the car was ready for me to leave with on the same day. He even went through every feature in the car even after the dealership closed. Highly recommend this BMW dealership over the others if you're in the market for a new car.

Every time I buy a car from Beverly Hills BMW , it is a wonderful experience. All the staff, sales, finance and everyone in the showroom are so friendly and professional, also the whole atmosphere feels so excellent.I live in Orange County where there are 3 BMW authorized dealers within 10 miles to my house but rather go to Los Angeles and buy from this car dealership.I have shared my experiences with many friends and some drive to this dealership from 60 miles away and they felt the same positive sales experience as I did.Congratulations for an excellent management team.

Worst dealership. If im gonna spend 100k on a car again its NEVER going to be with this dealership. Rude, worst customer service, everyone lies, when you service your car you have to call the dealership to see if the cars done because they dont even care to call you to tell you to pick up the car (unless you have one of their loaners), service advisors (which I would LOVE to have named) are absolute deuche bags and forget they work for their customers. Overall, I feel like i burdened the dealership by buying a 100k car from them lol. This is the WORST dealership ive ever dealt with in the NATION. Do not come here. If I had to choose between getting an M8 for $100 a month and 0 down or go with getting a corolla for $10000 down and $1000 a month, id take the corolla if it meant the M8 had to be bought and serviced from this BMW. U all suck.

There are not enough words to describe how good my experience in this dealership was… I walked in with the typical nervousness and “I don’t trust car salesman mindset” only to walk out with a beautiful new car of my dreams feeling as if I was leaving home and saying goodbye to dear friends. My experience was incredible, seamless and truly exceeded my expectations. There was no pushiness, no judgments and no pressure of time. I felt taken care of in every sense, with Saleh being a heaven sent guide the entire way. If you’re lucky enough to work with him as your salesman, you will be blessed for sure. I look forward to my return here for my next dream car purchase and would send anyone I know their way. Thankful for a place of business such as this that is energetically speaking - high vibrational and to put it simply… very good energy.

I like the fact that my reps (Sarina M. and Peter M.) at BH BMW answered all my questions pertaining to the terms of the purchase prior to my arrival so I could focus on completing the remaining paperwork before picking up my new vehicle. I appreciate the fact that they let me know I have a coverage to have my car repainted or repaired in case of scratches or dent.

Not only am I completely satisfied with my new BMW, the quality of service delivered by Scott Kim was outstanding. He went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience and let’s be honest, a solid negotiation deal to accommodate my budget. I normally avoid writing bad reviews; but, in the case of Beverly Hills BMW, i have to make a rare exception. Avoid this place like the plague. Worst customer service ever. I came here for a lease return and had the displeasure of dealing with a guy named Jacob Russin, a product specialist whose title is BMW "Genius." Putting aside the fact that he's far from being a genius, he has an extremely poor attitude. He's passive-aggressive and downright rude.Jacob superficially inspected the tires on my returned X3 and said I had to pay $1,200 to replace the tires. He said if I'm not happy with that determination, I could have an independent inspector from BMW Financial (BMWFS) inspect the tires for a second opinion.The tires had normal wear and tear, and Jacob himself acknowledged that an independent BMWFS inspector would also find that the tires are fine and that they won't charge for it. When I then asked him why he wants to charge me if a BMWFS inspector may not even make an issue of it, he just remained silent and didn't know what to say (like a malfunctioning computer that can't process much information). Instead, during the course of the conversation, he just kept rolling his eyes at me and sighing as if he was doing me a favor by even speaking with me. The arrogance was unlike anything I have ever seen at a car dealership.Jacob should not be allowed to interface with customers or potential customers (which I was). He should be in a backroom hidden away from the public view until he learns the basics of friendliness and a professional demeanor.I know you're a 20-something year old, Jacob - and I know you still have a lot to learn. So let me teach you something that your managers have obviously failed to teach: attitude and professionalism are everything. They make or break your career in the sales industry. At this rate, I'm sure your career will be short-lived unless you change your ways.I've been leasing BMWs for 15 years, and this is the first time I've ever encountered this problem. I was planning on contacting Beverly Hills BMW to talk about a new purchase or lease. Now, they've permanently lost my business unless they can work to make things right (which I doubt they will).There are plenty of other BMW dealerships in SoCal that are hungry for your business. Beverly Hills BMW is not one of them.Over the past 2 months, I've had at least 7 people ask me for referrals to places to make their next BMW deals. This place went from being on top of my list to being completely off my list. Do yourself a huge favor and stay away.

I just purchased my first BMW and worked with Saleh throughout the process. I am very happy with the price and overall purchase. Additionally, his communication and support was prompt and thorough. We had an exceptional experience and will certainly go through him in the future.

2nd time buying a car from them and the sales person Scott is the best. He is professional, honest and makes you feel comfortable. Finance is horrible and shady. That's the only reason for 3 stars. Scott and sales 5 stars, finance gets 1 star. Not cool when you try and slip in services and hope customers don't catch it. At least offer an incentive for doing that and an apology. Make sure you triple check your contracts.

This is for the sales department. I had a great experience working with Jori on getting a pre-owned 3 series. My husband helped call ahead to see if it was still available after finding it online. They said it was and we made an appointment for next day. As soon as we entered the lot, we noticed the car waiting for us with a cute sign on the mirror saying "Waiting for VIP (our names)." From start to finish Jori was very friendly and personable, not once did I feel uncomfortable about getting something pre-owned. He also was not super pushy about getting any adds ons or extra coverage. I know they have to try but again, wasn't he overbearing about it. The service was what you could expect from Beverly Hills. They had a nice, large waiting area with coffee, water and some snacks, as well as plenty of cars to check out in the show room. Since we knew what we wanted and were pretty much set to take it after the test drive, the process was pretty quick. The financing probably took the longest but we walked down the street to grab some lunch. When we came back everything was good to go. They had wash and detailed the car one last time, and put a big bow on it for photo-ops. Very happy and satisfied customer, even one month later!

Ok. Want to somehow convey my feelings about this place from first hand knowledge of renewing my lease for the third time from BMW. First off the first time I got a BMW was 2 leases ago which amounts to 6 years ago. My car on the way to Vegas broke down and I was stranded. Never thought I could get into a bmw or be approved for a bmw but the bmw of Las Vegas got me into my first leases bmw. Prior to this I had negative thoughts of leasing but chose it because the payments were more manageable. For my second lease I wanted to be a loyal customer so drove all the way back to Vegas and redid my lease. Fast forward to my third lease and thought "why drive to Vegas?" So I got in communication with BMW in Downey and after 3 weeks of communication my salesperson fell off the face of the planet and stopped responding. Now understand that the Downey location was a hop skip and a jump from my home. I was upset and thought to try a different location. Well I lucked out and got the best bmw dealership in all of Los Angeles. I got in touch with a salesman named Jeremy who was attentive to my needs. He responded quickly and was able to help me to renew my lease with the Beverly Hills location! I don't know how he did it but my monthly payment for my x5 was less than what was quoted by the Downey and Las Vegas locations. So now I'm driving my 2024 x5 and loving it! I have read some of the less than spectacular reviews and don't know why that is. It seems those reviews aren't focused on the sales but I can tell you that Jeremy is top notch and should be helping to train all figure salespeople. He really does take his job seriously and it shows! Seriously PROMOTE the guy asap. Don't let him ever leave the dealership! He is a diamond in the dealership!Also want to send a shout out to Iman who was able to get us some inexpensive warranties in the car so that now I am protected from any thing that can happen during my lease. Great job! He didn't pressure and worked out a deal where I actually saved money! He truly cared!Now let me also finally send a shout out to Regina. She is the document specialist for this bmw and she is phenomenal! She is kind and explained all the paperwork I was to sign. I didn't feel pressured and every page was explained to me so that I felt comfortable signing my lease. She even showed us a picture of her beautiful son Jax! Handsome young man! This young lady needs a raise!Way to go BMW of Beverly Hills!
