We brought my car back twice for an issue to be fixed and both times the car was kept overnight and the issue was not fixed. My main problem is the very poor communication and zero customer service that our service advisor (Paul) had. He did not communicate clearly with us, just sent a message and we couldn’t reply back due to an error on the dealer end. Of course he didn’t call to follow up and when we were able to finally reach him (after calling 3 times & leaving multiple voicemails) he did not care to apologize, was rude and inappropriate. Clearly the dealer needs to do a better job in training their associates in customer service!!

It is not even crowded, yet it has taken over 2 hours to simply deactivate a key. Their service has been poor and they said it would be 30 minutes when it started.

She is the best person in this field that you want to know, she doesnt care about if you are new or old client or if you are from US or another country, she believes in delivering a top notch customer experience and she does her best to help you. I got to know her after calling a few BMW dealerships as I was going through a major relocation from Canada to US and no one had any willingness to help despite of my long term relationship with BMW Canada except for Neda who truely understood situation and my expectations from this brand!!! She truely well deserves her global performance recognition!

Saleh was an amazing fella to work with. He’s communicative; tells you exactly what’s going to happen and what’s needed. No time wasted. I bought out of state. I came in the morning car was washed up beautiful work of art. Saleh was there and present for any questions, no pressure or rush. He worked hard to get me the deal I wanted, no silly negotiations that waste time, I told him my budget he said “Ok”, 20 minutes later he calls me telling me he made it happen! I was shocked. Finance department is also fabulous, straight to the point. They don’t force you to buy anything, everything is written and explained. All around 10/10 experience, cars they sell are amazing as well!

I have often driven by BMW of Beverly Hills in my twenty-five years in Los Angeles, but I never thought to go in. I thought maybe the salespeople would be stuck up. However, I saw a deal online, called in, and connected to Kate. I am so glad that I took a chance. Kate is one of the most down-to-earth, caring, and knowledgeable car salespeople I have ever met. She showed that I was more than a customer. She treated me as if she were helping a family member buy a car and made sure that I got the best deal possible and the best car. She made me feel comfortable, and the car-buying experience was seamless and stress-free. I can't sing enough praises for her. She was nice to my friend as well. I will send everyone I know to her. She is truly a gem to BMW of Beverly Hills and a genuine, thoughtful, and respectful person. She ensured that I walked away with the car of my dreams, and I am very grateful for her excellent customer service skills.
