Eric is great! Moved a really expensive mirror—everything was perfect. No damage to any of my furniture; it was high quality material so it was really important. The truck was super clean—and they were quite efficient with the move. Thanks so much!!

Jake and his team moved me very efficiently from a one bedroom into a two bedroom apartment. While it’s uncommon in LA to live on the third floor of an apartment building, but Jake and his team managed it very well even with a small elevator.All of my very delicate items were handled very safely. I’d use them again in a heartbeat!

First time using movers, and will never move solo again. Got 3 guys for 3 hours, and they did a phenomenal job. We packed everything up, then they moved and helped unload very quickly, made the move easy as can be.

Best west came and moved my apartment.Lee and Wilson were great,my new apartment was on the 3rd floor.Unfortunately no elevator,no problem,they just got on with the job and finished in less time than I anticipated.

I wanted to rewrite this. I realize that they scammed me. I was moving from a one bedroom 500sq ft to a 2 bedroom in the same apartment complex one floor difference. They spent 4 hours!! Noted me and my friend helping as well to pack and unpack. My friend told me they sometimes they just stand there and pretend they are packing while I was unpacking. Then I wanted to use my credit card. Somehow the card wasn’t working. And at the end they force you to write a review in front of them, which made it awkward. At the end I felt I should have gotten paid cause I helped and my friend!!! clearly a small unit 500 sq feet, there is not a lot to pack!! And I tipped them well also, which I wish I didn’t now. Also they were 1-2 hours late as well!

I was worried about my my move because I’ve had bad experiences in the past with my belongings being damaged but I hired Best West Moving and they sent me Lee as the foreman and Wilson and I was impressed on how well they wrapped my furniture and stacked it on the truck. This guys are professional in the Moving business and should be the example for other Moving teams on how well they communicate and work with each other making my move turn out to be smooth and simple in a very reasonable time and I thought to myself if I tip well to people who just bring me my food at a restaurant and this hardworking guys who took care of my furniture and belongings very well which 10 times harder work deserve TO BE TIP MORE THAN IN ANY SERVICE JOB I BELIEVE SO. So I TIP THEM WELL BECAUSE PEOPLE ARE VERY UNAPPRECIATIVE OF HARDWORKING GUYS LIKE THIS 2 IN THESE DAYS AND SHAME ON THOSE INDIVIDUALS. Anyways thank you LEE AND WILSON and BEST WEST MOVING for sending Great professional hardworking movers will definitely hire you again if you send me this team.
