I recently had my bankruptcy discharge, Sanaz was my lawyer. I want to start by saying she is extremely professional and knowledgeable about all things bankruptcy. Upon our first in person meeting I had so much anxiety about going through with this, not only did she ease my worries but she answered all my questions and kept in constant contact. Her team is great, always readily available for questions, Chris in particular was very helpful and did alot of the leg work. I don’t think this process could’ve went any better than it did so I most definitely recommend them if you’re considering bankruptcy.

I reached out to Sanaz & Chris while I was in a total panic. I had no idea what to do; I was a total mess with no understanding of what was happening. They got me calmed down enough that I could explain why I needed their expertise.After that, they took care of all my issues in a very prompt and straightforward professional manner. I was able to complete the entire process from home. I needed help with a bank levy. They don’t just provide Bankruptcy matters and never once pushed me for anything else that I didn’t need. We checked Attorney Sarah Bereliani reviews and was very impressed so we set up an appointment to meet with her during our initial consultation and was very impressed with her compassion and knowledge during these stressful times. The next day we hired her to help us with our debt issue-BK Chpt 7 option.Her staff which included very knowledgeable and attentive staff- Chris/Ashley was the total package to help this successful attorney to get things done!Even on the 301 meeting(telephonic) with the Federal Court Trustee was transparent as they went over possible questions that will be asked.We were able to complete our BK Chpt 7 discharge also in a timely manner-We highly recommend using Attorney Berelaini and her staff for any debt settlement, BK and other issues!

I couldn't be happier with my experience working with Sanaz. This was my first time working with a lawyer and dealing with a lawsuit, and Sanaz clearly and efficiently helped me navigate the issue I was facing. I went to Sanaz regarding a wage garnishment issue over old student debt. She was always quick to respond, clear in her guidance, and incredibly kind throughout the process. I had hope never to have need for a lawyerbut unfortunately Bankruptcy was a necessity. That being said Sanaz and Chris were both professional and very friendly. The whole team is super compassionate and responsive. Had to go through a BK a few years back and came across Sanaz via yelp. The reviews and her picture helped me choose her. When I went in for my consultation I laid out my concerns my questions and my expectations. Sanaz welcomed these with a smile, broke the process down step by step and made me feel secure in my choice. She communicated with me the whole way and was supportive of me the day off the hearing. I have since recommended friends and family and they have had great experiences as well. 7 years later, I reached out for a letter that was requested for the purchase of my new home, she congratulated me and forwarded the letter.

I hired the Bereliani Law Firm after my original Ch. 13 bankruptcy attorney was disbarred in the middle of my plan and during a rather tricky situation. She and her team stepped right in and were able to bring the matter to a close with no issues. They were very professional and responsive, much more responsive than my initial attorney had been, so much so that I was soon wishing I had hired Sanaz in the first place. Do yourself a favor, save the time and hire these guys first.
