Came in looking for the ambient temperature connector and right away the associate took me to check if the part was available and it was when i would off have to spend over 1 thousand to replace due to dealerships not selling the connector itself great service

He would not sell me a $500 transmission because I asked him to actually go out and look at it to see if it was smashed up or had black oil inside from the tranny burning up, etc.. My mechanic has had a bad experience with installing used transmissions and so he wanted me to ask the guy a few questions, this dud actually told me he no longer wanted to sell me the transmission because we're going to be "too difficult to work with," asking all these questions....Hmmm He must be doing DAMN good to be selling parts at a junk yard to turn down a paying customer who was ready to drop $500 for used transmission....

This Place is like the Disneyland for your car. What I wouldof spent hundreds on only came out to a better and more reasonable price. Forever coming to this place if I have problems with my car and forever recommending anyone with a ford car to come to this spot if they have troubles with their cars. A++

I came upon this place completely randomly. But I'll be going here for as many of my auto needs as they can handle. My minivan's auto siding door wasn't working. Toyota wanted $120 up front to diagnose. I found this place on a fb page discussing other minivan owners with the same problem, saying it can cost up $2000. I talked to Rich Jung on the phone and he told me to come by and he'd take a look. After playing around with the door - taking the panel off, playing with the switches - they finally found the problem. My kid had had jammed a McD toy in the hinge. It took another 15 minutes to dislodge it. After all that, Rich didn't even charge me. He finally took payment upon my insistence. He seems a great guy.

bad bad bad !! !never buy anything from this place ricky the manager is the worst bad attitude poor customer service skills they take advantage of people, they sell the parts very expensive the mechanics or helpers were helpfull he sold a part that was in amazon for 10.00 he sold it for 50.00 when i asked for my money back he gave me store credit after i spent my gasoline doing two trips

I needed a replacement seatbelt buckle and latch for the driver's side of my Ford Mustang. They promptly found the part and sold it to me for $50. I went to my mechanic to have it installed and was told that I should have paid around $15. I don't like when a company takes advantage of someone, so please don't be the next someone these guys try to rob.

I called to ask about a part and the guy that answered the phone must have been on his period. EXTREMELY rude and poor customer service.
