Those of us who have a business or have "had" a business know the ultimate goal EVERY time is a happy customer. Above that is the holy grail of effects of "The WOW factor". The "WOW" factor is when the customer walks away shaking their head mumbling "wow...wow..." unsure as to what just happened...so happy that they are speechless. I went to Jeff after 2 months of dilligently looking for someone fair and honest...someone that had the small part I needed and would sell it to me for not an arm and a leg...the part I needed was part of a whole assembly and was sold only as a whole unit. Jeff said he had just replaced one and knew he had the piecevI needed but wasnt sure where. I thought maybe this was the "take away" that salesmen use to create scarcity and lower a customers buying threshhold...within 2 minutes he came outta the back cutting up a hand-grip with wire cutters and smiling..."Got it", he chuckled as it fell onto the table. Sweeping into his palm he handed it over and I tried with all my might not to show how badly I needed it."Whats the damage?" I asked ready to pay $20 but not $30 or $40 that would be a minimum for a used face plate I wouldve had to order just to get my part." Its on the house ", he said with the same kind tone he had used to greet me."Huh? Wha...?" I was stunned. "No! Im paying you! I have to!" I told him. I fumbled in my pocket and gave him $10...my new job paid every 2 weeks and I didnt have 2 nickles to rub together or I wouldve have gladly paid more. I will always bring my scooters to Jeff and I will buy no scooters unless they are from Jeff and hes got some bad a__ scooters for sale at great prices at his shop.Thank you Jeff, you are Good when no one is looking.

Took my old scooter in, and it was not in great shape - Jeff the owner, fixed it up and got it started- but it was old and not the same scooter anymore despite the effort - but he got it working when others didn’t - anyway I decided to purchase one from his shop - it’s been a Week now and it is a great scooter ! I’ve had a few and this one is road smooth !

My friend gave me a broken scooter and after a couple calls to some places, I couldn’t find any shop that could fix it until I came across Belmart. At first I wasn’t sure if they could do scooters since it looked like a cell phone repair shop, but after reading reviews saying this place can fix scooters, I took a risk and brought in my scooter. I had a great conversation with Jeff and he said he could fix my scooter. I left it with him for the weekend and sure enough, when I picked up my scooter on the following Monday, it was good to go. I highly recommend this place for any electric scooter needs and will be sharing about Jeff to my friends who need their scooters fixed.

Best guy, I call him to ask a problem that I have with my electric scooter, and he was so patient and nice explaining me what could be the problem and bingo it works, definitely if in the future I need something like new battery or something else I’ll come here.Thank you!!!!

Unless anyone think there’s a better scooter store in town, think again. I look for answers in this world, and I proved the best scooter store to be Belmart. Not only does Jeff have great product knowledge on his merchandise, but also, he knows his customer, riding habits, scooter specs, and he’s a tinkerer/fixer and really handy with repairs. So if an unforeseen situation happens, Jeff can not only fix it, he can save you a dollar by telling you the most cost effective option to go about. He has even gone out of his way to pick up stranded customers. You won’t find a better solution to all your scooter needs than this store. I found out about the place with zero scooters. Now I have two. It’s a good idea to head over to Belmart to just look around. I stop by all the time. You should too.Thanks Jeff!Dr. Sü

Went to belmart wireless to get my scooter fixed twice. This man is amazing at what He does and He will not disappoint. He is the ONLY scooter repair shop in la that has repaired my scooter. Please don’t hesitate to go to him ASAP!

Don't waste your time or your money -- sold me an electric scooter as NEW but it only lasted for 3 weeks when the battery mysteriously stopped holding a charge. Found out the parts are refurbished, and no warranty. The scooter only had 28 miles on it. I contacted the store to see what my options were; I was told numerous times that I would receive a call back but nothing -- I finally visit the store with the scooter and the owner said he would look at it; kept it for 2 weeks just to get it back and the same issue. Took the scooter for a ride in the parking lot and the battery died. This POS not only wasted my time but only offered me $50 off my next purchase; what NEXT PURCHASE??? I would never do business with you again

Honest helpful has good inventory and excellent service. Diagnosed and replaced my scooter part. Held my scooter for a week till I got the part and only charged me for installation when i picked up my scooter. If you have any problems with your e scooter come to this place you’ll be taken care off.

Just purchased two scooters from here. It was the best idea every! Also a great price ! I appreciate this business and how ot is ran and how Jeff is always willing to help you fix a problem! Also ho a karaoke machine from here a year ago and it still works brand new!
