I came in with the intention of buying something. The lady working there was so rude and disrespectful for no reason. I complimented their items, asked about particular styles and kept getting met with condescending and rude responses. It almost felt personal. I decided to leave and not spend my money somewhere that isn't friendly to guests.

Not the same company since Komar purchased Bedhead. During the acquisition back in 2017, Renee Claire promised BedHead would stay the same and the PR newswire announced that the existing operational structure would continue to operate out of Los Angeles and the products would still be made in the USA. Lies and Claire has not been with the company since 2017. I have five bedhead pajama sets (everything from stretch to cotton to liberty fabric) that I still love and wear and ALL five sets were made in the USA. I have EIGHT sets purchased since Komar acquired BedHead (every pajama set I own was purchased directly from BedHead website so no frauds) that were all made in Sir Lanka and ALL feel cheap and are not comfortable to wear. What happened to the promise of continuing to make in the USA? The eight sets I do not like that were not made in the US include stretch, cotton and silk. The silk feels more like some synthetic cheap static cling satin weave material than silk. I have a matt finished silk set of another brand and they are nothing like this nasty silk set made in Sir Lanka. Nope, the wonderful brand Renee Claire built was destroyed when Komar purchased the brand under the guise of retaining the same quality and manufacturing in the US and reneged on that promise. Ironically, I had sent emails in the past inquiring why newer cotton sets did not feel anything like my old sets and received some run runaround about organic or woven, cannot remember. I did not know the company was sold nor did I look at the tags to notice they were no longer made in the US, I just kept ordering thinking I needed to find the 'right' cotton again. Eight sets later when attempting to figure out a way to make a negative review to finally warn others, I found a review mentioning the acquisition and change of manufacturing and checked my tags and found out all these lesser quality sets I had been purchasing over the last several years were all made in Sir Lanka. I can say in all honesty, my last purchase, was definitely my last purchase. Although I have been a faithful BedHead customer for years, it is no longer BedHead so time for me to move on. I guess I understand now why it is next to impossible to even place a review on items you purchase on the BedHead website now on their inferior products, they want to continue fooling old loyal customers into thinking it is the same company and quality. Yikes.

Amazing quality...you just want to wear these pajamas all the time. They wash really well and the fabric stays intact and soft after many washings. The manager and staff at the 3rd street store are amazing....they really make you feel special...what a great find...great product and fantastic staff....from now on it's only Bedhead pajamas.....I highly recommend this place....especially for Christmas....they also have great sales....sooo happy to be spending time in my Bedhead pj's...

I bought a pair of Bedhead pajamas a few years ago. They were beautiful and of good quality material, and I really wanted to love wearing them. However, when I first tried them on, the drawstring broke. I sent them back, the drawstring was replaced, and the pajamas were returned to me. All I can say is that I've never seen anyone mess up a drawstring as badly as Bedhead. For starters, the waist on the size small is seriously enormous, probably about 40 inches! What's up with that? If the drawstring worked properly, all the extra material, though odd, wouldn't matter so much to me. But, since the drawstring could only tighten the waist a few inches, the pants were always falling off of me. Literally. Past my hips and to the ground. I don't know a thing about sewing, but I tried replacing the drawstring myself and found that I had to rip up the seams to do so. (At least I learned why the drawstring was so bad; it couldn't pull freely like normal drawstrings because it was sewn in at the leg seams. Also, it consisted only of a thin gauzy material; the "cute" part of the drawstring that tied outside the pajamas, which was too wide to fit into the waist "band," was merely sewn on to the gauzy stuff ) I didn't do a great job, and the process was frustrating to me. I still have the pajamas, so they're durable, but I'll never pay that much money again for such ridiculously problematic pajamas.

Amazing quality...you just want to wear these pajamas all the time. They wash really well and the fabric stays intact and soft after many washings. My first order of 3 pairs arrived yesterday and they are beautiful! I ordered them because Mindy Kaling wears them on the Mindy Project and they did not disappoint. The quality reflects the price and they are worth every cent.

I ONLY wear bed head pjs and COVID was not going to stop that !!!! It was a delightful , fun and easy shopping experience via curbside. I was on the phone, got to "shop" from the sidewalk as the friendly staff pulled sets to the window for me to look. I miss touching the super soft fabric and seeing the staff face to face, but I love how they are adapting to these challenging times. It was truly a fun experience!! And since we are all in our pjs all the time anyways...
