Absolute dumpster fire. I keep telling my bosses that our company should drop this uniform place because they're terrible. I called in last friday they said my order would be ready on monday ITS WEDNESDAY and I STILL have to wait ten minutes for my order. Everytime I come here I have to wait for embroidery which they force you to get and is not done upon my arrival. Last time I had my boss pick up my order and they made him wait 45min to finish it. The order before this they didn't call me for months- said that they called me when they didn't because I screen all my phone calls. Parking is ALWAYS terrible, it's next to a homeless encampment and you'd think that with how much money they make off of various transit companys they could afford a better location, more employees, and better parking/customer service the fact that I have to wait every-time I'm here without fail. And yes I absolutely mean it when I say every last employee here although nice have 0 sense of urgency definitely don't come here If you have somewhere to be

I recently visited this location for someone to pick up uniforms & the wait was horrible! I waited over an hour in the car, so I decided to call inside to inquire about how long the process was & wasn't giving any info or help! After several questions were asked to me & I explained I was only asking because I had been waiting for over an hour for the person to come out, I came all the way from Torrance which isn't close. The representative was rude & still no help. After speaking with the representative she left out of her office to the store floor I'm guessing & told the other employees someone's mom called here tripping! I didn't know calling or inquiring about the process or explaining how far I've come was complaining! Heidi was the person I spoke with! She needs more training! I hate to think it's because of MY RACE, but to be honest I believe that's the case! How would she like if her kid was shamed all because she had questions regarding the wait time or process‼

They are sold out of popular items and sizes for shoes but will order it for you. The wait can be long sometimes but overall their customer service is good.

Great staff, always eager to help you. You can almost find any uniform from bus driver to police officer. They can tailor any uniform to fit you. Hats, belts, shoes, pins, key holders, polo shirts, pants, etc. This location maintained a good contract with the major transportation departments, police departments, and other industries.

No disrespect for the ladies that work here. However that being said the customer service here is a hit or a miss. And as of late its been much of the latter. The ladies pick and choose who they want to help and how much they want to help. At times they are dishonest in the answers they provide about their service and the items they sell. You get a different answer every time you come here. Please take your business elsewhere.

I came here on a Saturday about 3 weeks ago I had my Metro work voucher I was the very first person went in selected my work gear and was in and out within 45minutes the store was clean and the service was fast and quick I pretty much got everything I needed at a reasonable time. Customer service very good as I never have any issues with there service they provide any way. I received a free polo shirt with my order. Great place to go if you want your stuff done right and on time the wait is not long. I recommend this business.

As a MTA employee they are the best ones to go to using our allowance on uniforms. The ladies have been there for years prior to me going for the last 10 and still smile and great everyone as family. You feel welcomed. It does get very packed but for good reason. They will have you in and out of there within an hour with altered uniforms in hand. Very well organized and welcoming. Just get there early due to limited parking.

Service is good, the location is really bad, theres no parking is surounded by homeless people in the parking area, prices are ridicusly high i paid 40 $ for a short that i would probably pay 15$ anywhere else.
