I just love Aggie! She's so sweet and very accommodating. When I have injuries she works around them. Since going to her I have stopped going to PT for my shoulder. She's great at helping me stretch too which is super important.

I can't say enough good things about Aggie. The exercises we do are always different and interesting, she's always changing it up and building on what we've done in the past. She's really responsive in addressing the everyday aches and pains too, and after sitting at my desk all day my back always feels so much better after pilates! She's tough but also patient and funny and laid back. I can't ever imagine going to someone else!

BEST TRAINER EVER!!! So I've been doing Pilates a couple of years ago and one of my friend just referred her to me ... first I wasn't sure as I was going to the same instructor for so long but even at the first time I was working out with Agnes I felt the difference . The way how Agnes teaches is so unique and so amazing I can't even describe it with words . Exercise is very important to me and be honest sometimes we get lazy.... sometimes we feel like we can skip a (private ) class or two. Since Agnes is my instructor my body and even my mind changed so much. It's absolutely the best experience for me and I highly recommend her !!! I'm not gonna lie ... Agnes is hardcore... but in the same time you feel so good about working out hard and trusting her and her opinion you don't even care afterwards if you go home all worked out and sweaty .... absolutely happy about the results and the way how she "kicks " my butt sometimes ...

Aggie is so knowledgable in health and wellness. She is trained in working with women during pregnancy and postpartum recovery. My core never felt stronger since working with her. She values form above all else, so i trust that i wont injure myself and am really taking care of myself and my body when i go. I recommend the talented Aggie to everyone i meet! I love her, shes the best!!!

I first met Agnes 4 years ago when my 3-month old son needed physical therapy for his torticollis. Agnes was so patient and has a great way with babies. She really helped my son gain more movement and flexibility in his neck and shoulders and we were able to avoid the helmut that many torticollis babies need. She is amazing with kids and my son was always so happy to see her for his therapy sessions. After having my second baby, I took private pilates classes with Agnes to get back into my pre-pregnancy shape. She really helped me strengthen and tighten my stomach muscles and regain flexibility. Helping people reach their goals, whether it is simply getting in shape or addressing a physical concern, is not a job for Agnes but her passion. She has become a dear friend to the family and I cannot recommend her enough.

Aggie is an amazing instructor she helped me stay strong throughout my pregnancy and whipped me back into shape after ! She is so knowledgeable when it comes to past injuries to help strengthen your body without causing more damage and she gets results fast!! Also she's really fun to talk to !!! I love her!!

Outstanding Pilates experience! There is no better teacher for beginners and veterans alike. I leave each session with Aggie wanting more and have learned so much about my body since meeting her. Her exercises are fun, challenging, innovative. Forever grateful. Must do!

Agnes is the best!!! She helped me to get back in shape after my pregnancy. No back pain at all and I'm full of energy! I always look forward to working with her and highly recommend Agnes without any hesitation. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, funny and a loving person.

Aggie is an amazing Pilates instructor. She is my "Go To" Pilates trainer that keeps my body looking lean and the booty looking sexy . Seeing Aggie on regular basis has changed my life! Before coming here, my body was out of sync - back, shoulder and neck pain, which made it difficult to loose the belly. I'm soooo happy that I trusted Aggie with my training and I feel like I have literally rebuilt my entire body. Aggie is a master Pilates instructor and her knowledge of the physique never ceases to amaze me! I quickly realized that private sessions are the way to go for me - it's the quickest way to get to where I want to go, which is being pain free and looking hot! . The studio itself is nice and clean with a beautiful view from the 3rd floor. Parking is pretty easy to find - I usually park in the lot or just grab one of the meters.

As a physical therapist, I am very particular about who I recommend my patients see when they are ready for a Pilates strengthening program. Aggie makes that easy! She is knowledgable and gets results. Aggie frequently sees my patients (during and after therapy), and is even able to work with patients that still require exercise modifications. She truly is the Pilates instructor I trust the most! I highly recommend her!

Aggie gets results! She's an amazing, dedicated instructor. A session with Aggie includes a lot of challenges, and fast results. She helped transform my abs after baby #2, and she's the only one that challenged my abs in such a way that I saw noticeable changes quickly (thank you!). Aggie is also a health guru, and a joy to spend time with.
