There was this one girl who denied 2 of my books said it was damaged(one was, the other one I did not even use). Said I had to buy a new book from the csula website and then return it to them, instead of just charging it on the spot. Talked to someone else at evening and was so sweet to actually work with me over the phone and charged me for the books instead of making me buy new ones. Be careful, some employees don't really know how to do their work properly.

I love this place. It's almost always calm and pretty quiet. It's a good place to go to study. Everything is really organized and clean too. The staff here is always really friendly and ready to help. The only thing that I don't like is that sometimes the products don't have any prices and you would have to ask to know it. Other than that it's a great place!

It's your usual bookstore. If you want to get your books here one of the good things is that they price match. You get 20%off your first purchase if you download their app.

They don't answer their phone, I don't attend this college and there was no directory to find the book store. And it was the weekend so no one was walking around for me to ask questions I was hoping to visit with my baby.
