5 stars for the customer service. After placing my first ever order, a customer service representative emailed me shortly thereafter to inform me that the dimensions of my file were different than the dimensions of what I placed in my order. I went back and forth with this person for a bit - they were quick to reply, informative, polite, and extremely helpful. My banner arrived in a few days, and looks great thanks to this helpful representative.

I received a last minute invitation to set up a booth at a very important concert venue in Los Angeles and I needed to have a good quality sign advertising our presence there. Its a shame when you exclusively order your trade show horizontal and vertical banners from them. Then when you order replacement banners they send ones with the corner grommets to small to fit the banner stands, then won't make it right, even after they tell you the stand has bigger posts then the grommets on the banners. Bad business, and a shame.

Its a shame a company we have used exclusively for our trade show horizontal and vertical banners has let us down. The horizontal banner stand, according to them, has a larger hook to hold the grommets on the fabric banners. They said they only have one type of stand. However, when we ordered a replacement fabric banner they put smaller grommets, that cannnot be hooked onto the larger stand hooks. They then charged me for a new banner plus freight. This is not good business when you knowingly provide a product (banner) that will NOT work with your own stand.

Gentleman( ARIEL) in front was very attentive and with most professional attitude help me with the problem in hand. I was left high and drive from a different company that would not answer my calls on a very small job where I needed a few banners and x banner. He was able to help me get them going in a very short notice. I will definitely use them again I believe you should give them a try I'm in customer service and I know that this is one of the best. Not only that but they also notify you as your product is being made and when it is ready for pickup. This was a full experience I don't believe it happens all the time as I am sure they are busy but definitely a staff was very helpful. High five to them.

They have excellent prices that were affordable Banner world worked very quickly and they did an excellent job I was very satisfied with their work. Your customer service and knowledge is amazing I would recommend them to anyone. I definitely am satisfied with the retractable banner for my business that they made.
