Are we not able to use the ATM after hours? No card slot like every other bank has so you can get in to use the ATM after the bank itself is closed. There are separate doors to get into the bank separating it from the ATM that can be locked and secured. The security guard is pretty rude too, just shoos you away even if you’re 5 min past 5 pm and just need to use the ATM.

Korean banks suck. I used to bank with this place but service is crap and they try to charge for every little thing. Bank with American banks and you will receive much better service and they don't charge for every little thing.

Does anybody work on this location? Every time I call nobody answers. I called loan department, nobody answers and then it automatically transfers the call to operator .. and guess what? Nobody answers. No wonder this location has bad reviews.. well, so as other Bank of Hopes..
