Terrible layout. Tellers are hidden in the back. But that's the best part. The tellers take breaks between customers. You can hear them talking and laughing in the back. They are extremely slow. I had to ask to speak to the manager because the teller wouldn't deposit one of the checks I was depositing. It wasn't made out to the exact account name. She came out of the back already angry with huge attitude. The teller had gone back to tell her about the check. She went back to tell her I wanted to ask her to ok the deposit. She came out pretending not to know what was going on. She made me explain why I wanted to speak to her, then went on to tell me about my conversation with the teller. There teller only printed one of two deposit receipts. It took about 10 minutes to get the other one. It was a lot like going to the DMV. Nobody there is qualified to work in a bank.

The worst service, it is incredible that they cannot help their clients in an emergency. I am a tourist (NY) whose card was stolen and when I went for an emergency they told me that they do not have availability for me even as I explain my situation. (if I could I wouldn't give them even one star)

Their terminals for cash withdrawal at the cash desks do not work for months! Each time they say they are waiting for a repairman. Why do we pay a monthly maintenance fee? Where is the antimonopoly committee looking?

One of the male tellers/bankers made me really uncomfortable. He hit on me and asked me personal questions about where I’m living and if I’m living alone. All I needed was a simple cashiers check.

Tellers never want to help us. Poor service. LyersI have never seen this much of service before. Just always ignoring costumers and never hear us never unsetand us, always waiting to say or answer.

Unfortunately this branch fails in just about every way. Their business line never is open. The branch hours are very odd, sometimes closed in the middle of the week, never open past 4pm. The bank personnel don't know their bank system well. I had checks made out to me by my insurance with my name and the body shop name and they told me I couldn't cash them. Then I called b of a phone number and they told me to just endorse and mobile deposit and should be fine and it was completed with no problems. I came in to apply for business credit since I do over $15k a month in deposits and have been with the bank for 4 years and they told me I couldn't get approved. Then it turns out the banker I had made the appointment with was just going through the same automated process I could have done through the bank app and had no advice on what to do next. This branch should just close and be a wall of atms. At least that way ppl wouldn't come here expecting a knowledgeable banker.

This branch is run by East-LA types in monkey-suits that could care less whether they help you or not. Absolutely abominable service, after 12 years of banking with them. Chase - across the street- has a far more polished and poised staff. Thank GOD I have an account at both...

There's always a line for a teller. No matter how long the line, never more than 2 tellers and usually just the one teller on duty. Tellers are rude and extremely slow, never helpful. The greeter at the front desk ignores people as they enter and are normally on their phones and act bothered if you ask a question. STAY AWAY! Try another branch. Most helpful employees are the security guards. BofA you should do better.
