Terrible customer service! Did these people even go to school ? Worst BoA location..

The worst service, it is incredible that they cannot help their clients in an emergency. I am a tourist (NY) whose card was stolen and when I went for an emergency they told me that they do not have availability for me even as I explain my situation. (if I could I wouldn't give them even one star)

They lost a 9k check of mine. 4 months later still no one knows what's going on.
