Poor customer service about 1pm I just need to deposit a check. Only 2 teller and the line is very long up to the exit doors. Manager does not care about it put extra tellers. Iit my bad decision to go on this branch. Never again to go on this branch. It took me a hour to do this

Poor customer service.They wanted to chare me $8 for cashing a check, even though I have a BofA credit card.Sossy refused to call the issuer to verify it was a legitimate check, and just asked me to go away.I will never open bring my business to them!

My elderly mother lost her keys to safe which she pays for . It's been since 2003. The manager is suppose to have the vault drilled open but never calls my mom back to scedule. I been calling for my mom everyday for 9 days and they just keep saying to busy . I told them use a different locksmith and they said no . I would definitely not recommend this branch. Luckily I live in San Diego where they actually care about customers. I'm gonna recommend my mom closes all accounts here!!! All there reviews are horrible yet they don't hire people who take customer service serious.

I had $14,580 stolen out of a B of A ATM at their Northridge location. Despite overwhelming evidence proving that I wasn't even in the state of California when this theft occurred, B of A has now denied my claim 8 times....a person from the Claims Dept. Call Center even stated that she could pretty easily tell that the ATM footage is not me. I provided B of A with boarding passes, credit union statements, a police report, & numerous other documents and info...and they still denied it. On top of all that, there are massive class action lawsuits against B of A right now for the same exact nonsense that I've been going through with them. I highly suggest that if you're reading this, you choose any other bank to put your money in. B of A is not only incapable of keeping your money safe, but also incapable of doing the right thing should your money be stolen and your bank account be compromised. My attorneys are currently filing a lawsuit against B of A, which they've already done for an alarming number of other people. If you have gone through the same issue as I have, I suggest going on Google and just searching "Bank of America Class Action Lawsuit". You'll see numerous links pop up with the information regarding these lawsuits, as well as the legal teams who are working on this in multiple states. Call one of the law firms named in the lawsuit and get the help you need and deserve!!! It's time we hold this criminal corporation, Bank of America, accountable!!!! See you in court, B of A!!!!!!!

Long line, no parking and only one teller! Also for some reason you can't go into or out of the atm area from the central banking area. They have it blocked off. So popping into the atm area isn't as easy. Now you have to walk through the crowd of people waiting around forever, go out front and then re-enter the building just to use the atm. Amadeo Giannini would be disgusted with what BofA has become!!!

This bank is horrible, I suggest for everyone to sign up to a different bank that's better than this one. Service was not helpful when I had an issue with a credit card fraud/IDENTITY THEFT!! Made calls several times and the issue has not been solve since 2 months ago! ?
