Every damn year they close earlier and earlier! Does no one want to work? Are they seriously cutting hours? It's not enough they are food at bending people over with fees but they make it imposible to do anything. I don't have my débit card, I'm trying to make a deposit to an account that's not mine and this is extremely inconvenient....

I was skeptical about going here because of all the bad reviews but I waited maybe 10 minutes and was out very quickly. Priscilla was very helpful!

I want to write a review for Victor Roa. I went there to ask my questions because my FICO score was off. Everyone suggested to call the number on the back of your credit card, and nobody is paying attention. Victor was the only person who patiently answered all my questions and assisted me. I am extremely grateful to him.

The way I was just racially profiled I will never go back to this branch. What makes it even worse is the manager and teller were also women of color. I get it doing your job is one thing but being rude about it is not in the job description.

DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH if you have to do anything complicated or a large transaction. Go to the Ocean Park branch or the Sepulveda/Jefferson one. I've lived in the neighborhood for decades and I think they treat customers differently than other branches because of a different demographic. Just yesterday, I had a large transaction to do and against my better judgement went there. They said I couldn't do it. Went over to SepulvedaJefferson and was in and out in 10 minutes. Any time I want to do a large transaction there, its a problem. I think someone should go in there and then another branch, show the difference in treatment and bring a case because I'm sure other customers have had the same experience probably with detrimental results.

The manger at this location is very rude. They took over 45 mins to answer. I was on the hunt for a security box. When she finally answered she was unapologetic, short, rude and unhelpful. I got on a waiting list at 3 other locations. She wanted to rush me off the phone and said there was no waiting list. I asked for the regional manager info she said "Sure" put me on a HOLD and hung up.

I was very blessed to meet the manager Ms. Hewan Kelete and have her assist me on several occasions with some banking issues. Immediately when I met her I knew my banking concerns would be handled with the utmost professionalism. Ms. Kelete is highly intelligent, extremely empathetic and wants to solve our problems no matter what it involves. It is also a pleasure to work with her because she is so pleasant and kind. She is respectful and passes no judgement. She didn't make me feel ignorant or inferior. She is the example of a great role model. I hope her staff pays attention to how she performs the job so they can aspire to be as great as she is.Thank you so much Ms.Hewan Kelete Marsha

The worst customer service values of any Bank of America in the area. This is a RETAIL BANK BRANCH that is there to help it's clients. So you have to ask when do regular working people do their banking. If you work regular hours it is 9 to 5. This banks hours are 10 to 4. That should tell you something. So when do people have time to bank? During their lunch hour. Why is this particular bank so bad? This idiot manager sends her tellers to lunch during lunch hour leaving ONE teller during the busiest time of the banking day. If you walk into the bank at 2:30 there is no one in there because people are at work and there are 3 tellers. how does that make any sense at all? This Bank of America is the worst managed Bank of America in the area. The manage should be fired.

Very irritating process trying to get someone on the phone. Ridiculous that you can't even opt to be put on hold these days, but I came in in person and have been helped.

This Bank of America branch is still open, unlike many , many, many others that have shut down. They've all cut back on their hours and this one has one line open with one person working for a long line of people. Bank Of America's massive customer service issues remind me of Toys "R" Us or Circuit City when they went out of business so may as well take all your money out because something is definitely going on with them.

Why is this location always severely understaffed? You have 4 teller windows and on your best day 2 people back there, but usually one poor employee that gets all these short tempered people who have been forced to wait in line am excessive amount of time. Every time I come in there are 8-9 people waiting. It just defies belief that you can't figure out how to staff a bank.
