Horrible customer service. She gave me a 15 minute interrogation to withdraw $50. She kept saying things like, we don't have your information in the system in spite of my having given her my driver's license, SSN, and literally having my online banking pulled up. The manager was just as bad. Go to Chase and keep your dignity.

They will charge you a fee to cash a check endorsed by Bank Of America.This is highly unusual, as typically if you have a check endorsed by a certain bank, the check writer has an account there, and (presumably) pays some sort of fee or something. So why charge a fee on the other end too? They said it’s because I don’t bank with them, but Why would I open an account (minimum deposit, monthly fee, etc) just to cash a check ONE time? better to open up a free PayPal account and cash it there (all for free). Rude staff as well. Glad I don’t bank with them.

This branch is the worst example of professionalism, business acumen, competency, and customer service. The immaturity begins with management. The manager is unprofessional and impolite. The assistant manager is worst. She has no customer service skills. The tellers are even worse. Avoid this branch whatever you do.

The worst bank in my life. The consultants on the phone are apparently schoolchildren. They cannot provide proper advice on any topic!! And they are also nationalists! They hate Russians and don’t even hide it. Russian translators are rude and hang up. I advise everyone to look for a friendlier bank

The workers are doing great job, really helped me out. Unfortunately forgot the name of the guy at the reception who helped me with the wire transaction.
