The absolute worst. So far, in order to keep me from taking my money our of my account, they have cancelled my card, set arbitrary transfer limits, and lied to me about scheduling transfers. Go elsewhere.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have lived in the neighborhood for three years now and this branch is the closest one for everyone in a few mile radius. Because of this, they get a lot of business, consistently! And even though they know their volume in this branch is high, they still cannot manage to keep cash in the ATMS nor enough efficient tellers working to keep the lines down. Not to mention how many times I come to this branch to find it RANDOMLY CLOSED for no reason whatsoever, on days that are not holidays. It is the DEFINITION OF INCONVENIENCE THIS BRANCH. But back to the tellers, I have come to this branch with only one person in line in front of me and maybe 2 tellers working and STILL have waited 20 minutes or more to be sevred. its ridiculous! And consistenly bad! I have endured it for three years now and I have finally had enough! The star of this whole sh*t show, her name is Anabel Sosa. She has been the "manager" of this branch the entire time but i have no idea what she manages because the customer service at her branch is the worst in all of california. And what does Anabel say when you bring it to her attention that her branch is terrible? She invites you to go to another branch. She recognized me today when things were taking too long and I spoke up about it and she told me " I see you are still coming here why dont you go to another branch?" So instead of MANAGING HER BRANCH and TRAINING HER STAFF to provide BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE, instead she will just tell yo to go to another branch. Listen, I WOULD GO to the next branch but guess what, even though every other branch in the city has 100% time faster service, LA trafiic still means it takes forever to get here. SO by the time i sit in traffic to get to the next closest branch, I could have stood in Anabels SLOW SLOW line and it takes the same anount of time. Thats crazy isnt it. I can go to the brach by my house and it takes forever, or I could drive all the way to the next branch and get help in the same amount of time as going to my closest branch. THATS CRAZY! And Anabel takes advantage of this! She knows it takes too long to go to the next branch so she has everyone in the community hostage and she doesnt do anything to make it better! She is a BULLY. I HOPE SOMEONE FROM CORPORATE READS THIS. PLEASE SHAPE UP THE MID TOWN CROSSING BRANCH! IT IS MANAGED HORRIBLY FOR A LONG TIME NOW AND WE CANT TAKE IT ANYMORE! PLEASE CLEAN IT UP!

Made an appointment online, detailed what I will be going in for. Alberto Alvarez was the manager who took care of my business when I visited. He was kind, respectful and very efficient. Finished my business in less than 15-20 minutes. The office seemed a bit short staffed with all the empty spaces in the back, but my experience was nothing short of pleasant. Not sure why this branch has such low ratings. Perhaps, walk-ins without an appointment may be a little different. Nevertheless, would visit again.

This is the worst BoA branch I have ever been to. I've been a customer for 23 years and never experienced anything like this. I mean, look at the poor reviews.I was there on March 30th 2023 at around 12:00pm, to request a document that I needed for immigration purposes. NOBODY was willing to help, they asked me to sit and wait for someone to assist me. After about 45mins an employee named Luis finally came and talked to me. He was very condescending and asked me "You can't look that up online?" (mind you I'm a Software Engineer). I told him that the document I need is not available online, I don't need a simple monthly statement, but a different statement with more history on my account, which is not available online.He wouldn't even let me explain that to him and just interrupted me and talked over me and raised his voice at me, saying "I don't need the details, we don't do that here. GO ONLINE!". He was so rude! Again his name is Luis, the other two ladies I approached there were not helpful either and all had a condescending demeanor. They are all hispanic and I'm black. They must have something against black people.BoA needs to retrain these people, of fire them and hire folks who have interpersonal skills. This type of service is unacceptable. I give them 1 star because there are no worst options. I would have given them -10 if I could.

I just want to sincerely thank Diana Guzman for helping me today. I know the bank was really busy and all the appointments been booked but Diana did her best she can do to help me with all my concerns. She was so patient, friendly, and very through and made the whole process so smooth.

First and last time I’ll ever step in this bank. No wonder you have such awful reviews. I’m not sure I’ve ever reviewed anything… but lord The manager is just awful and disrespectful and downright bad at her job. Doesn’t know how to run a bank clearly; she had 2 tellers on one of the busiest days, the line was out the door. She asked people in the middle of the line of she could help them instead of helping the people in the front who had been waiting over half an hr. I waited there over half an hr as she plucked 2 diff people off line behind me to do exactly what I was there for. Deposit a check. Get a new manager.

The bank teller Diana Guzmán was so helpful & nice got straight to the point in helping you with what you need although this Bank of America is packed they have nice people working their thoe .

After the racially profiling incident I made a switch to a better bank. To watch the video and still employ that type of manager, just a disgrace.

I'm surprised that this Bank of America location has such a bad rating. Every time I've come I've been Greeted very professional and kindly. Today I leave this location with a smile because a young gentleman named Luis Garcías helped me by answering all the questions I had.

I am leaving this review as a warning to all B of A customers and potential future customers. YOUR MONEY IS NOT SAFE WITH B OF A!! I had $14,580 stolen from my B of A account, out of the ATM at the Northridge location. I filed a claim with B of A, & it has now been rejected 5 times!!! I was in Maui from Oct 7th. 2021 until Jan. 24th 2022. Between Oct. 7th & Oct. 21st, someone withdrew $14,580 out of this branches ATM, despite the fact that I was 2,500 miles away, in Maui...and so was my debit card. I provided the bank with my boarding pass, credit union statement from the time-frame this fraud took place, and all sorts of other info to prove I was 2,500 miles away while this occurred....and it's still being denied?!?!?! Clearly someone had a skimmer on their ATM machine & stole all my info, made a copy of my debit card, and withdrew all my $. I wouldn't be surprised if a bank employee was in on this scheme either, considering how absolutely useless the employees have been in helping me. They're very clearly hiding something & don't want to get caught. Not 1 fraud alert. Not 1 notification. Nothing???? Now the bank has repeatedly denied my claim, so my only option is to absolutely obliterate B of A via every avenue possible (social media, news outlets, etc.). I have also contacted a lawyer, so I will be coming for B of A in court, for far more than the $14,580 that has been stolen from me. Bank of America are a bunch of criminals & frauds, and if you choose to bank with them, be prepared to regret your decision. You'd be better off going to any other bank that isn't a B of A. This wouldn't happen at any other bank except a B of A, because B of A is basically a criminal organization that is getting away with fraud, amongst a slew of other things. Their claim department is living in the 90's. They only receive your info via fax or if you mail them q letter...no emails, no phone calls, NOTHING! HOW IS THA POSSIBLE?!?!? I've spoken with the claim department call center who literally tells me "That's the way we do it. We don't even speak with the people who work on the claims." -- What this tells me is that B of A absolutely does not care about it's customers, nor making things right should something happen to you like it did me. They are q despicable group of cowards who need to be taught a very very valuable lesson, and I plan on doing that, in court. Bank of America, you should be absolutely disgusted and ashamed with yourselves! You have no integrity or honor & every location deserves to be shut down immediately!!! I will bo posting a similar review on every single B of A location across the United States to make sure everyone knows not to do business with B of A. They have gone as far as trying to have my reviews removed, but I will not stop until they have to answer for what they've done. If you're a B of A customer, you should pull all of your money out immediately and go to Chase, a credit union, any banking institution that is not Bank of America. If you're considering using B of A, don't...Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else.

The worst customer service, if you did have our money you would close. If you were selling a product no one would shop here, but you just offer a service and you can not get that correct. Corporate must not care about its clients because a majority of your customers are unhappy with this branch. Look at management and you will find the problem. Your job is not hard, you count money and then add or subtract it from our account. No good to be mad or products to go bad, just give good customer service and you can not do that.

Take your money elsewhere...this bank does not deserve to hold YOUR money and earn interested on YOUR money. They are racially profiling black people. Let me remind you bank people. I am YOUR BOSS ! YOU WORK FOR ME !!! Yeah that's right...I am your boss and you should respect me.
