The single worst Bank of America I’ve ever dealt with. Save yourself the hassle and go to the sunset location. The manager and staff here are completely braindead and treat their business clients like complete trash.

I'm frequently locked out of online banking, their website provides no help to get back in, and their office hours are closed when I need help.

Ok, today is Thursday 10/19/2023. I came to this location to use the ATM and noticed that there was another parking attendant. It turned out that yesterday (Wednesday) the bank manager Jeff contributed or helped one of Boa's inadequate "clients" to fire the previous guy who had worked at this parking lot for a couple of months. I personally knew this guy, very kind and well-mannered. Always respected and many know him. I won't believe what that girl said to the manager. But I know that that guy would never fight or argue with such an inadequate girl who lied all the time and violated human rights. Complain to the manager and say that she is a bank client. Fake crying and telling bs! What about the fact that that guy is also a BoA client? I think it's a civil case.. That manager could have ignored that crazy girl and minded his own business and everyone just followed the parking regulations and rules. They're for reasons! But the manager wrote a letter to the company where this guy worked and long story short, they fired the guy.. What a shame dude. He didn't even talk to the guy, but the guy was just following the rules and making sure there were no violators in the parking lot. Here is an example that in this country they act unfairly and do not respect immigrants - this is normal. And the guy was left without work. But he is also a bank client. He did everything according to the rules. What's the problem with these people?! Breaking rules is normal? Taking side of crazy girl? The guy is also a BoAs customer! A hard worker and nice guy and this is so unfair! Who's gonna stand up for him?! There are cameras there and I think in court he can prove that he was right! By the way this location sucks, look at the reviews and go to Google maps and u will see more negative comments! And I personally did not like dealing with this "manager Jeff" cause he's not a professional. I give my vote to the guy who worked there! #justice

While many Bank of America financial centers lack either sufficient management or proper customer assistance, the BofA Larchmont location does a great job of assisting customers in need of financial help with an associate. Joseph ensures on providing an informative, transparent experience to the typical customer who might not know much about finance & investing (like me).

The worst bank. Slow staff and extremely rude only one or two windows open and helping a customer out every 20 mins they had the line backed up and despite the only bank being open in the area, they don't accommodate customer nor want to help.

My review of this branch/BofA is probably not going to stop someone from choosing this bank, but if you have other options I would go somewhere else. After standing in a line for over 20 minutes on a Saturday I was not able to cash a check drawn on the bank. I have not had this problem at Wells Fargo, or Chase. The teller actually questioned me as to why I wanted to cash the check. I'm not really sure that is any of his concern. After showing two forms of ID and swiping my drivers license, he said I will attempt this, but I think it's over our limit. When he told me that he was unable to cash it he informed me that there is a limit but that he was not permitted to tell me exactly what it is. Everyone at this branch including the branch manager who I spoke to before leaving, looked completely stressed out as this branch is the only one open on a Saturday within seven or 8 miles. I also feel that you can tell a lot about how much a company cares (or doesn't) by whether it responds to peoples reviews or concerns
