Mess. Only one teller and no one to cover when they take a break, leaving customers waiting without help until they return. Really horrible customer experience.

Everything about Bank of America is awful. My dad died and B of A owed him money because he overpaid his credit card. They have driven me crazy trying to get his money. The B of A phone line said to go in the branch to fill out paperwork. I do that. The money never comes. Then I call B of A. They tell me th branch did it wrong. Every time you call it takes 30 minutes for them to answer and they tell me a different thing than the last person. When dealing with a death you would think they would make it easy but they don't. Seven months after he died they told me a new different thing to do today. They have wasted so much of my time. I really hate this company.

Wonderful team at this bank! Diana, the manager, is so kind to everyone. Thank you for helping us with our coins!

I am unsure why this particular branch received low scores. However, I recently visited the branch and was assisted by Caesar Fonseca. I must say, he did an excellent job. He is the best banker I have ever had the pleasure of talking to. Moreover, I felt very welcomed by a woman sitting at a table in front of his office, who had great energy. This is the first place where I am writing a review, and I am thoroughly impressed with their service!

Visited this branch on 5/26 and I will be sure never to go again. The branch manager assisted me and instead of trying to solve my problem, she spent most of the time “verifying my account”, only to lie to me about being able to assist me. I left the branch and spoke with a customer service agent and was able to find resolution. For her to be the branch manager, she lacked the proper skills to lead and problem solve.

I opened up a new cash rewards card and my credit limit from my travel rewards did not transfer due to a BofA online associate mistake. I have spent months trying to fix. They cannot do anything. I now have a lower credit limit than when I started. I am appalled by the abysmal customer service Bank of America provides. As a loyal customer for 15 years I will be making the decision to switch banks. Disgusting how little they care about you.

I am leaving this review as a warning to all B of A customers and potential future customers. YOUR MONEY IS NOT SAFE WITH B OF A!! I had $14,580 stolen from my B of A account, out of the ATM at the Northridge location. I filed a claim with B of A, & it has now been rejected 5 times!!! I was in Maui from Oct 7th. 2021 until Jan. 24th 2022. Between Oct. 7th & Oct. 21st, someone withdrew $14,580 out of this branches ATM, despite the fact that I was 2,500 miles away, in Maui...and so was my debit card. I provided the bank with my boarding pass, credit union statement from the time-frame this fraud took place, and all sorts of other info to prove I was 2,500 miles away while this occurred....and it's still being denied?!?!?! Clearly someone had a skimmer on their ATM machine & stole all my info, made a copy of my debit card, and withdrew all my $. I wouldn't be surprised if a bank employee was in on this scheme either, considering how absolutely useless the employees have been in helping me. They're very clearly hiding something & don't want to get caught. Not 1 fraud alert. Not 1 notification. Nothing???? Now the bank has repeatedly denied my claim, so my only option is to absolutely obliterate B of A via every avenue possible (social media, news outlets, etc.). I have also contacted a lawyer, so I will be coming for B of A in court, for far more than the $14,580 that has been stolen from me. Bank of America are a bunch of criminals & frauds, and if you choose to bank with them, be prepared to regret your decision. You'd be better off going to any other bank that isn't a B of A. This wouldn't happen at any other bank except a B of A, because B of A is basically a criminal organization that is getting away with fraud, amongst a slew of other things. Their claim department is living in the 90's. They only receive your info via fax or if you mail them q letter...no emails, no phone calls, NOTHING! HOW IS THA POSSIBLE?!?!? I've spoken with the claim department call center who literally tells me "That's the way we do it. We don't even speak with the people who work on the claims." -- What this tells me is that B of A absolutely does not care about it's customers, nor making things right should something happen to you like it did me. They are q despicable group of cowards who need to be taught a very very valuable lesson, and I plan on doing that, in court. Bank of America, you should be absolutely disgusted and ashamed with yourselves! You have no integrity or honor & every location deserves to be shut down immediately!!! I will bo posting a similar review on every single B of A location across the United States to make sure everyone knows not to do business with B of A. They have gone as far as trying to have my reviews removed, but I will not stop until they have to answer for what they've done.

So the reason for the low stars is this branch is closed at least half of the time I visit it. I'm not kidding, I can flip a coin to find out the odds of whether or not it'll actually be open. And it's always "temporarily closed" which is so mysterious. What could be the reason? A flood? Covid outbreak? Who knows! But for the inconsistency alone, I give it low marks. That said, when it is miraculously open, it's a great bank! Clean and quiet, I've always had fast and very friendly service here. It's why I keep chancing it instead of going to the one a 3 minute drive away. Because the 3 minute away one is crowded and a hassle. So BOA powers that be, please keep this one open!

Is this branch closed forever? Is it only closed temporarily? Staff shortage?? Can we at least keep the two measly lobby ATM's operational? I visit at least weekly to handle my ATM business and to have one this morning not accept deposits and the other out of order is frustrating!

I'm so over this stupid branch. Their actual hours don't match the hours listed on the Bank of America website, so there's a good chance they'll be closed when you go there. On those rare occasions when they ARE open, they never have enough people actually HELPING customers. I have seen three people behind the teller line, but only one helping customers. Hey- employees- customers are the reason you are there. Get your act together.

0 stars if I could. Had an appointment with someone to use my box. I waited over an hour before anyone arrived to the branch.

Since Covid 19 this branch has been closed. The atms has worked, slowly they stopped giving cash, then once wasn't working, then 2, now all 3! It's like the bank doesn't care about the neighborhood at all!

They finally got the video tellers to be useful and then stopped using them- a Baffling waste of money considering how many of those kiosks were installed. Yet, BOA has done nothing to replace that service... meanwhile there continue to NEVER be enough human tellers, at peak hours, at this or ANY branch. Fortunately the app is very useful, if you have to use BOA. Worth noting that BOA is another big corporate bank that charges fees for non-account holders to cash checks which is the equivalent of highway robbery.... while they enjoy the privilege of being California’s EDD bank.
