Imagine working a 9-5 M-F and the most convenient bank to you is only open 10-4 M-F. I’m sorry but that’s ridiculous if they are that short staffed maybe actually hire people.

I used to love this bank but over the years it’s gotten to the point I will now refuse to go to this location. They are so understaffed that you cannot walk in for appointments anymore and it seems like they don’t want to go above and beyond to satisfy the customer anymore. I arrived right at 3:59pm after driving 25 minutes to get to this location and they were like, sorry we’re closed. They turned me and 5 other customers away. I understand if employees maybe aren’t paid enough in this day and age that they wouldn’t want to go the extra step to keep customers happy if they come in right before closing. It’s just a shame and disappointing that things have come to this point where customers aren’t first anymore.

Incompetent teller. At the counter depositing some cash into my checking account which I've owned for 49 years, I had a couple of 1985 $100 bills among the current $100 bills. The 1985 bills did not clear the currency counter machine, but not detected as counterfeit. The teller told me that they couldn't accept them and I had to mail them to the Treasury Dept instead and receive credit??? Now, what kind of BS was that? These bills were in pristine condition. The bank is obligated to accept them. My mistake was not not demanding to speak with the manager. I left the bank with the $100 bills, went straight to Home Depot to buy some lumber and had no problem using the self service checkout which accepted both my 1985 issue $100 bills without sputtering. That young lady teller needs to be educated in basic banking laws.

Horrible Bank. I went to four Banks trying to wire some money and every one of them is short-staffed what kind of multi-billion-dollar international Bank is this where they don't even have enough employees to cater to their customers.

I came in to use the ATM after speaking to a representative over the phone reassuring me my pin will work and not to my surprise it didn't. Dealing with so many inconsistencies and issues with my account and card due to BOFA'S errors obviously is upsetting when nothing is resolved after so many mistakes and months at the cost of my expense of being inconvenienced. As I'm explaining this to the banker at the window about MY ISSUES her incompetent asinine co worker ELIZABETH at the window decides to tell me to be quiet because she acts like she can't focus on her own clients because that's how incompetent these employees really behave. I asked her to stop speaking to me several times as she kept chiming and trying to antagonize me like a unprofessional clown she is . It truly speaks to my testimony that majority of these people who work at these branches are idiots in suits. Arguing like a trashy unprofessional moron. I'm never surprised I have to write a bad review to only see more and that my feelings towards this company are valid. I hope AI takes all these peoples jobs since they don't have basic common sense or knowledge of there own job policies. Smh

I was dealing with a massive headache of trying to get my name onto an existing LLC, which required a Notary amongst other things. I was fairly unorganized and at my own fault had to enter this bank 3 days in a row with no appointment. Rita Bchakjian helped me out every time and was extremely friendly and patient with my mistakes. It was above and beyond what I expected and really made my day a lot easier. Thanks so much for your help Rita, this location is now my go to branch.

I just opened an account today. They were so busy I had to wait 90 minutes to see someone? The rep that helped me (I think her name was DenniLaura) was so sweet she skipped her lunch just to help me ?She really went the extra mileand helped me get a credit card too. Great staff!! very impressed !! Happy to have a new bank

Totally not working with bank of america ever. Been with them since 2015 and been loyal. They decided to close down my account without prior notice. Called them if i can pick up my money from a branch cause i can't pay my bills without my account and now all the late fees are on me and they can't do anything. They've been telling me for over a week that they're gonna close down my account and send the check 7-10 business days which my account hasn't been closed due to change which has been ongoing for a week now and none of them can help but they can decide to close my account any time they want. Will definitely file a lawsuit for emotional distress

I am leaving this review as a warning to all B of A customers and potential future customers. YOUR MONEY IS NOT SAFE WITH B OF A!! I had $14,580 stolen from my B of A account, out of the ATM at the Northridge location. I filed a claim with B of A, & it has now been rejected 5 times!!! I was in Maui from Oct 7th. 2021 until Jan. 24th 2022. Between Oct. 7th & Oct. 21st, someone withdrew $14,580 out of this branches ATM, despite the fact that I was 2,500 miles away, in Maui...and so was my debit card. I provided the bank with my boarding pass, credit union statement from the time-frame this fraud took place, and all sorts of other info to prove I was 2,500 miles away while this occurred....and it's still being denied?!?!?! Clearly someone had a skimmer on their ATM machine & stole all my info, made a copy of my debit card, and withdrew all my $. I wouldn't be surprised if a bank employee was in on this scheme either, considering how absolutely useless the employees have been in helping me. They're very clearly hiding something & don't want to get caught. Not 1 fraud alert. Not 1 notification. Nothing???? Now the bank has repeatedly denied my claim, so my only option is to absolutely obliterate B of A via every avenue possible (social media, news outlets, etc.). I have also contacted a lawyer, so I will be coming for B of A in court, for far more than the $14,580 that has been stolen from me. Bank of America are a bunch of criminals & frauds, and if you choose to bank with them, be prepared to regret your decision. You'd be better off going to any other bank that isn't a B of A. This wouldn't happen at any other bank except a B of A, because B of A is basically a criminal organization that is getting away with fraud, amongst a slew of other things. Their claim department is living in the 90's. They only receive your info via fax or if you mail them q letter...no emails, no phone calls, NOTHING! HOW IS THA POSSIBLE?!?!? I've spoken with the claim department call center who literally tells me "That's the way we do it. We don't even speak with the people who work on the claims." -- What this tells me is that B of A absolutely does not care about it's customers, nor making things right should something happen to you like it did me. They are q despicable group of cowards who need to be taught a very very valuable lesson, and I plan on doing that, in court. Bank of America, you should be absolutely disgusted and ashamed with yourselves! You have no integrity or honor & every location deserves to be shut down immediately!!! I will bo posting a similar review on every single B of A location across the United States to make sure everyone knows not to do business with B of A. They have gone as far as trying to have my reviews removed, but I will not stop until they have to answer for what they've done.

One teller at noon. Impossible to get out of here in an hour. They should close this location or get new employees
