Very RUDE and BAD service. Keep asking u to schedule appointments and not accepting walk-in. However I opened my account at the same branch earlier this year just via walk-in. The manager here is quite snobbish and racism towards Asians. I suggest everyone comes to other branches!

If there is less that one star that is my rate to this location. I went to this location for help of a possible fraud. The staff seems like unsure of what she's doing. She didn't able to help to the issue on my acoount. The manager was informed and he get uneasy and he looks like he doesn't want to talk or help a client in any way they can. He makes me feel not welcome at this location. Inconvenient is the rate to this location. Find other location but not here.

There is usually a long waiting line, so get there at 10am to avoid that. Overall service is good when you receive a help from a clerk.

Five stars for Arturo who is literally a one man show and running this branch on his own. He deserves both a promotion and a raise. Negative five stars for all the other "employees" who purely occupy space in the lobby and do not help customers with day to day transactions. This branch is run by poor management that is not observing the needs of its customers (or employees). There is also obvious miscommunication with corporate as the branch was built with five teller stations yet has only hired one teller. This branch does not offer assistance to customers via tablets for certain non-ATM transactions, like other branches do (evidently because they just don't feel like it). Their saving grace is Arturo who is excellent at his job and very pleasant to interact with. He works as fast as he can, but if another customer has a complicated transaction, then you're stuck in line for ages. Arturo, thank you for keeping me sane during my otherwise very unpleasant visits to this branch.

I’ve had the most shocking experience at Bank of America USC. First off, I’m not even surprised to see the past comments about the branch manager Rudy Plazola. I’m more surprised to now know that I ran into this notorious figure and that he still works there. Last night, my partner and I attempted to deposit cash into my Bofa debit card and the ATM ended up eating the money up. I filed the claim and did my due diligence but as a student I needed faster response times. Double rent is not easy to pay and the process does take a while to receive your credit back. I then found my way to that Bank of America branch and requested to speak to the branch manager Rudy Plazola. Firstly, didn’t even take us to his office to talk but rather stood above us while we sat on two little benches in the waiting area. Immediately said, its on you, I can’t do anything for you, you have to figure it out. He went on to say that he doesn't manage anything here, and seemed to be getting super worked up over just us asking for help. We just asked him to connect us with someone or some specialized line and he said he cannot do that. I asked him to talk to my parents as they are anxious about the situation and he said i dont talk on the phone. The worst was when he got in my partners face essentially, stood above her and said talk with respect, don’t talk to me this way. Im sorry but what. Are we at a bar or a financial institution. He raised his voice in the span of 2 minutes.I’m not surprised I read that some of his anger may be racially motivated, particularly to hispanic people, as my partner is of hispanic descent. You best believe we filed an official complaint of his anger issues, racist-ness, and overall his lack of awareness as a MANAGER of a branch. I only hope they actually do something about this time because there seems to be past incidents and by the looks of it, I could have guessed his name based on the description of his actions. How he is a manager for Bank of America at a college completely has me in shock and I truly believe he should not be working there. Take action BOFA, do not allow mistreatment, do not stand for racism, and hold authority accountable. BOFA was so eager to gain a customer through signing me up for a card but once I’m through the door, this stuff occurs. I feel more stressed out about my situation then when I walked in to sort it out. Rudy Plazola is the name of the manager. Bank of America HR has been alerted, and to you Rudy sir, perhaps your attitude would better be suited to bar as a bouncer scaring off young adults with Fake IDs.

DONT COME TO THISE BRANCH! I deposited a large sum of money into the ATM and it ate my money, canceled the transaction and deposited zero money into my account. I asked the manager at this branch (Rudy Plazola) for help and he was extremely rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional about my situation. He raised his voice at me and told me to call customer service myself.What kind of manager does this to someone in a stressful situation? I filed a complaint with BoFA HR - people like this should not be working with clients. I'm taking my business to JP Morgan.
